The main aim of the project is to increase the competence and qualifications of 405 Lubuskie entrepreneurs from the SME sector and their 1033 employees (568 K, 465 M), in the Gorzów subregion in the powiats: shooting-Drezdenecki, Gorzów, Słubice, sulęciński, Międzyrzecki and Gorzów Wielkopolski in the period from 01.01.2020 to 31.12.2022. Support will in particular focus on workers above 50 and low-skilled workers. The project will contribute to adapting the competencies and qualifications of employees of the Gorzów sub-region to the needs of employers and to changes in the economy. Support in the project will be provided under the PSF (Subject Financing System) in the field of training, advisory and one-off services (examinations) in the form of training vouchers. The co-financed development services will be selected independently by entrepreneurs and their employees from the Development Services Database Catalogue (BUR) or ordered through BUR. CELEM GŁÓWNYM Projektu jest podniesienie kompetencji i kwalifikacji 405 lubuskich przedsiębiorców z sektora MMŚP i ich 1033 pracowników (568 K, 465 M), w subregionie gorzowskim w powiatach: strzelecko-drezdeneckim, gorzowskim, słubickim, sulęcińskim, międzyrzeckim oraz w mieście Gorzów Wielkopolski w okresie od 01.01.2020 do 31.12.2022. Wsparcie będzie w szczególności skoncentrowane na pracownikach powyżej 50 r.ż. i pracownikach o niskich kwalifikacjach. Projekt przyczyni się do dostosowania kompetencji i kwalifikacji pracowników przedsiębiorstw z subregionu gorzowskiego do potrzeb pracodawców oraz do zmian zachodzących w gospodarce. Wsparcie w projekcie udzielane będzie w ramach PSF (Podmiotowy System Finansowania) w zakresie usług szkoleniowych, doradczych i jednorazowych (egzaminów) w formie bonów szkoleniowych. Dofinansowane usługi rozwojowe będą wybrane samodzielnie przez przedsiębiorców i ich pracowników z katalogu Bazy Usług Rozwojowych (BUR) lub zamówionych poprzez BUR. (Polish)
