| Property / summary: The project “Your success — Your business” is one of the forms to effectively tackle unemployment and raise the level of activity in employment, through the development of entrepreneurship. It is targeted at the unemployed or inactive. The 30th year of life, which is particularly vulnerable on the labour market, especially women (min. 80 %), people with disabilities, the long-term unemployed, the low-skilled, people 50 + living in the districts of the Interriver, Strzelkkod-Drezeneki and Sulęcina districts, which are a zone with an increased unemployment rate. The project will provide 30 people with comprehensive training and advisory support. This group will be selected on the basis of the assessment of the business plans, of the 25 participants who will be granted non-repayable aid after the establishment of an economic activity — a grant. The participants will also receive additional advisory and financial support to start-up companies (12 months bridging support). Newly created firms employ 5 workers per contract, resulting in a minimum of 30 jobs (English) / rank | |||

Projekt "Twój sukces - Twój biznes" jest jedną z form skutecznego przeciwdziałania bezrobociu i podnoszenia poziomu aktywności zawodowej społ. poprzez rozwój przedsiębiorczości. Skierowany jest do osób bezrobotnych lub biernych zawodowo pow. 30-go roku życia, znajdujących się w szczególnie trudnej sytuacji na rynku pracy, przede wszystkim do kobiet (min 80%), osób z niepełnosprawnościami, długotrwale bezrobotych, o niskich kwalifikacjach, osób 50+, zamieszkujących teren powiatów Międzyrzeckiego, Strzelecko-Drezdeneckiego i Sulęcińskiego, które stanowią strefę o podwyższonym wskaźniku bezrobocia. Projekt zakłada udzielnie kompleksowego wsparcia o charakterze szkoleniowym i doradczym dla 30 osób. Z tej grupy wybranych zostanie na podstawie oceny biznesplanów, 25 uczestników, którym po założeniu działalności gospodarczej, udzielona zostanie pomoc o charakterze bezzwrotnym - dotacja. Uczestnicy otrzymają również dodatkowe wsparcie doradcze i finansowe dla firm w początkowym okresie działalności (12 m-cy wsparcie pomostowe). Nowopowstałe firmy zatrudnią min 5 pracowników na umowę o pracę, co w rezultacie zapewni min. 30 miejsc pracy (Polish)
