The main objective of the project is to bring 70 people (42K/28M) who are unemployed unregistered at the Poviat Labour Office as unemployed (aged 30 and over) those whose labour market situation is the most difficult (i.e. women, low-skilled people, over 50 years old and disabled) to obtain and maintain employment in the period from 01.12.2016 to 28.02.2018. The project target group consists of 70 people (42K/28M) who are unemployed unregistered at the PUP as unemployed, exclusively inactive at the age of 30 years and over, and with low-skilled living in Lubuskie Voivodeship. Planned tasks: Identification of needs with the development of IPD Work Mediation Training internships. Implementation of the project will contribute to the achievement of the expected results and products by: —supporting people aged 30+ who are in particular difficulties on the labour market: 70 low-skilled passive persons, min. 7 people at the age of 50 years and over and min. 7 persons with disabilities; —skilling by at least 60 % of training participants; —incorporation of employment by at least 41 % of UP (29 persons). Celem głównym projektu jest doprowadzenie 70 osób (42K/28M) pozostających bez pracy niezarejestrowanych w powiatowym urzędzie pracy jako bezrobotne (w wieku 30 lat i więcej)-tych, których sytuacja na rynku pracy jest najtrudniejsza (tj. kobiet, osób z niskimi kwalifikacjami, powyżej 50 r.ż. i niepełnosprawnych) do uzyskania i utrzymania zatrudnienia w okresie od 01.12.2016 do 28.02.2018r. Grupę docelową proj. stanowi 70 osób (42K/28M) pozostających bez pracy niezarejestrowanych w PUP jako bezrobotne, wyłącznie biernych zawodowo w wieku 30 lat i więcej oraz o niskich kwalifikacjach, zamieszkujących na obszarze woj. lubuskiego. Planowane zadania: Identyfikacja potrzeb wraz z opracowaniem IPD Pośrednictwo pracy Szkolenia Staże. Realizacja proj. przyczyni się do osiągnięcia zakładanych rezultatów i produktów poprzez: -objęcie wsparciem osób w wieku 30+, będących w szczególnie trudnej sytuacji na rynku pracy: 70 os. biernych zawodowo o niskich kwalifikacjach, min. 7 os. w wieku 50 lat i więcej oraz min. 7 os. z niepełnosprawnościami; -uzyskanie kwalifikacji przez min. 60% uczestników szkoleń; -podjęcie zatrudnienia przez min. 41% UP (29os.).
