The project is addressed simultaneously to people with disabilities in proportion as the ratio between persons with disabilities aged 30 and over to the total number of persons aged 30 and over registered as unemployed. Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób zarejestrowanych w Powiatowym Urzędzie Pracy w Krośnie Odrzańskim jako bezrobotne objęte I i II profilem pomocy, znajdujące się w szczególnej sytuacji na rynku pracy tj. osoby po 50 roku życia, kobiety, osoby z niepełnosprawnościami, osoby długotrwale bezrobotne, osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach. Wsparcie zaplanowane w ramach projektu skierowane jest do osób w wieku 30 lat i więcej. Uczestnicy projektu będą mogli skorzystać z następujących form wsparcia: staży, szkoleń, jednorazowych środków na podjęcie działalności gospodarczej oraz refundacji kosztów wyposażenia lub doposażenia stanowiska pracy. Ponadto uczestnicy zostaną objęci usługą pośrednictwa pracy oraz poradnictwa zawodowego, w tym identyfikacją potrzeb uczestników projektu poprzez zastosowanie Indywidualnych Planów Działania. Projekt skierowany jest równocześnie do osób z niepełnosprawnościami w proporcji jako stosunek osób z niepełnosprawnościami w wieku 30 lat i więcej do ogółu osób w wieku 30 lat i więcej zarejestrowanych jako bezrobotne.
