Projekt realizowany będzie na terenie Powiatu Świebodzińskiego. Zakłada on objęcie wsparciem osoby zarejestrowane w Powiatowym Urzędzie Pracy w Świebodzinie jako bezrobotne, objęte I i II profilem pomocy. Wsparcie skierowane jest do osób 30 lat i więcej, znajdujące się w szczególnej sytuacji na rynku pracy, tj.: - osoby starsze po 50 r.ż., - kobiety, - osoby z niepełnosprawnościami, - osoby długotrwale bezrobotne, - osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach. Projekt zakłada realizację staży oraz przyznanie jednorazowych środków na podjęcie działalności gospodarczej. Formy wsparcia założone w projekcie spowodują wzrost zatrudnienia w powiecie świebodzińskim. Wszystkie osoby zrekrutowane zostaną objęte pośrednictwem pracy. Projekt zgodny jest z: - przepisami ustawy Prawo zamówień publicznych i innym właściwym prawodawstwem krajowym, - zasadami pomocy publicznej, - zasadą równości szans kobiet i mężczyzn (zgodnie ze standardem minimum) - pozostałymi politykami i zasadami wspólnotowymi (w tym: polityką równych szans i koncepcją zrównoważonego rozwoju), - zasadami Szczegółowego Opisu Osi Priorytetowych RPO- Lubuskie 2020.
