Projekt "Aktywni mogą więcej (V)" zakłada aktywizację zawodową 204 os., w tym 104 kobiety w wieku 30 lat i powyżej, zamieszkujących teren pow.międzyrzeckiego, znajdujących się w szczególnej sytuacji na rynku pracy,tj. os.po 50 roku życia, kobiet, os.niepełnosprawnych, os.długotrwale bezrobotnych oraz osób o niskich kwalifikacjach. Projekt stanowi odpowiedź na zidentyfikowane u tych osób trudności i bariery oraz charakteryzuje się zindywidualizowanym i kompleksowym podejściem do ich rozwiązania. W ramach projektu zaplanowano następujące wsparcie:dla wszystkich poradnictwo zawodowe, dla 23 os.(11K) środki na podjęcie działalności gospodarczej, dla 138 osób (73K) staże i dla 20 osób (11K) zatrudnienie w ramach prac interwencyjnych i dla 12 osób (7K) szkolenia. Ponadto w ramach refundacji kosztów wyposaż.lub doposaż. stanowiska pracy utworzonych zostanie 11 stan.pracy, w tym 2 dla kobiet.W przypadku wystąpienia problemów lub zagrożeń związanych z niezrealizowaniem zaplanowanych wskaźników podjęte zostaną zintensyfikowane działania a w ostateczności wprowadzone zostaną zmiany do projektu.
