The aim of the project is to implement the results of partially independent and partially commissioned research and development. This work concerned the development of a unique formulation of concrete for the production of prefabricated concrete elements in the form of innovative string concrete duct slabs. The key components of this recipe are light aggregates based on post-industrial ashes. Implementation of the results of R & D works and launching the production of new products will be based on a complete set of equipment, equipment and equipment of the production hall purchased as part of the project. This set consists of: The technological line for the production of string concrete duct panels, a set of moulds for the production of string concrete duct panels, a set of production tracks, crane, towers crane, software for the design of duct panels. The new products will be characterised by lower weight, greater fire resistance, better insulation and acoustic parameters, while maintaining similar strength parameters compared to substitutes on the market. The product will be offered on the construction materials market and the customers will be construction companies. It will be used for the construction of various types of construction, including in particular buildings and buildings. (English)

    Celem projektu jest wdrożenie wyników częściowo samodzielnych a częściowo zleconych prac badawczo-rozwojowych. Prace te dotyczyły opracowania unikalnej receptury betonu pod kątem produkcji betonowych elementów prefabrykowanych w postaci innowacyjnych strunobetonowych płyt kanałowych. Kluczowymi składnikami tej receptury są lekkie kruszywa na bazie popiołów poprzemysłowych. Wdrożenie wyników prac B+R oraz uruchomienie produkcji nowych wyrobów nastąpi w oparciu o zakupiony w ramach projektu kompletny zestaw sprzętu, urządzeń i elementów wyposażenia hali produkcyjnej. Na zestaw ten składają się: ? linia technologiczna do produkcji strunobetonowych płyt kanałowych, ? zestaw form do produkcji strunobetonowych płyt kanałowych, ? komplet torów produkcyjnych, ? suwnica, ? żuraw wieżowy, ? oprogramowanie do projektowania płyt kanałowych. Nowe produkty odznaczać się będą mniejszym ciężarem, większą odpornością ogniową, lepszymi parametrami izolacyjnymi i akustycznymi przy zachowaniu zbliżonych parametrów wytrzymałości w stosunku do substytutów na rynku. Produkt oferowany będzie na rynku materiałów budowlanych a klientami będą firmy budowlane. Wykorzystywany będzie do budowy różnego typu konstrukcji w tym w szczególności budynków i budowli. (Polish)
