The aim of the project is to increase the employability of disadvantaged workers in the labour market (as defined by RPO-Lubuskie 2020). The registered persons in this situation were: after 50 years of age – 1060, women – 1393, with disabilities – 482, long-term unemployed – 704, low-skilled – 1966 and in total those over the age of 30-2648. As part of the project, presenting a specific offer of professional activation will precede each participant’s analysis of skills, predispositions and professional problems. On this basis, the PUP will implement appropriately selected labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. The main result of the project will be to take up employment by at least: 35 % of participants over 50 years of age, 20 % of disabled participants, 35 % of long-term unemployed participants, 40 % of participants not belonging to any of the above groups. Celem projektu jest podniesienie zdolności do zatrudnienia osób pozostających bez pracy znajdujących się w szczególnie niekorzystnej sytuacji na rynku pracy(w rozumieniu RPO-Lubuskie 2020). Zarejestrowanych osób w tej sytuacji było: po 50 roku życia - 1060 , kobiet - 1393 , niepełnosprawnych - 482 , długotrwale bezrobotnych - 704, o niskich kwalifikacjach - 1966 i ogółem osób po 30 roku życia - 2648. W ramach projektu przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej każdemu uczestnikowi poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez co najmniej: 35 % uczestników powyżej 50 rok życia, 20 % uczestników niepełnosprawnych, 35 % uczestników długotrwale bezrobotnych, 40 % uczestników nienależących do żadnej z wyżej wymienionych grup.
