The aim of the project is to increase the employability of people who are unemployed who are disadvantaged on the labour market (within the meaning of the Lubuskie ROP 2020). The persons registered in this situation were: after 50 years of age – 108, women – 831, disabled – 359, long-term unemployed – 301, low-skilled – 1056, total after 30 years of age – 1535. As part of the project, presenting a specific activation offer to the participant will precede the analysis of skills, predispositions and professional problems. On this basis, the PUP will implement appropriately selected labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on Employment Promotion and Labour Market Institutions. The main result of the project will be the employment of at least 42 % of the most vulnerable project participants on the labour market, i.e.: those over 50 and over, women, people with disabilities, the long-term unemployed and the low-skilled (up to ISCED level 3). Celem projektu jest podniesienie zdolności do zatrudnienia osób pozostających bez pracy znajdujących się w szczególnie niekorzystnej sytuacji na rynku pracy (w rozumieniu RPO Lubuskie 2020). Osób zarejestrowanych w tej sytuacji było: po 50 roku życia – 108, kobiet – 831, niepełnosprawnych – 359, długotrwale bezrobotnych – 301, o niskich kwalifikacjach – 1056, ogółem po 30 roku życia – 1535. W ramach projektu przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji uczestnikowi poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych. Na tej podstawie PUP realizował będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez co najmniej 42% uczestników projektu znajdujących się w najtrudniejszej sytuacji na rynku pracy, tj: osób w wieku powyżej 50 lat i więcej, kobiet, osób z niepełnosprawnościami, osób długotrwale bezrobotnych i osób z niskimi kwalifikacjami (do poziomu ISCED 3).
