Przedmiotem inwestycji jest przebudowa drogi woj. nr 315, klasy tech. drogi zbiorczej (Z), na odc. od km 39+100 ÷km 45+330 długości 6,23 km. Celem realizacji inwestycji jest poprawa właściwości funkcjonalnych, użytkowych oraz warunków bezpieczeństwa dla wszystkich uczestników ruchu. Celem nadrzędnym projektu jest poprawa zewnętrznej i wewnętrznej dostępności transportowej regionu w ruchu drogowym oraz rozwój społeczno-gospodarczy Województwa Lubuskiego poprzez zwiększenie standardu i jakości regionalnej sieci drogowej oraz bezpieczeństwa ruchu drogowego w wyniku przebudowy drogi woj. nr 315 na odc. Przyborów-granica województwa jako ważnego elementu systemu dróg dojazdowych do drogi ekspresowej S3. Realizacja projektu przyczyni się do wzmocnienia spójności polskiej sieci transportowej z systemami transportowymi krajów Unii Europejskiej, zapewnienia gospodarczej i przestrzennej spójności kraju i poszczególnych regionów z przestrzenią europejską. Planuje się osiągnięcie nw. celów: - ułatwiona dostępność do głównych szlaków komunikacyjnych, zwłaszcza do drogi ekspresowej S3, - bardzo dobry stan techniczny drogi redukujący nadmierne zużycie paliwa, hałas i emisję spalin oraz przyczyniający się do zwiększenia bezpieczeństwa uczestników ruchu, - właściwy stan technicznych zjazdów indywidualnych i publicznych, a także mostu nad Kanałem Kopalnica, - zwiększenie atrakcyjności inwestycyjnej oraz aktywizacji gospodarczej regionu, - ułatwiony dostęp komunikacyjny z Kostrzyńsko-Słubicką Specjalną Strefą Ekonomiczną podstrefa Nowa Sól i Nowosolskim Obszarem Funkcjonalnym w Nowej Soli/Kożuchowie oraz centrami logistycznymi w Nowej Soli, - wzrost mobilności mieszkańców, - poprawa płynności przejazdu. Interesariuszami projektu będą wszyscy użytkownicy dróg publicznych na obszarze wsparcia. Zgodnie ze SZOOP RPO–Lubuskie 2020 dla Działania 5.1 „Transport drogowy” nie określa się grup docelowych jako zespołów osób, instytucji czy grup społecznych bezpośrednio korzystających (Polish)

The aim of the investment is to improve functional, functional and safety properties for all traffic participants. The overarching objective of the project is to improve the external and internal transport accessibility of the region in road traffic and socio-economic development of Lubuskie Voivodship by increasing the standard and quality of the regional road network and road safety as a result of the conversion of the Voivodeship No. 315 into a pc. As an important element of the system of access roads to the S3 expressway. The implementation of the project will contribute to strengthening the coherence of the Polish transport network with the transport systems of the countries of the European Union, ensuring the economic and spatial cohesion of the country and individual regions with the European space. It is planned to achieve the following objectives: — facilitated accessibility to the main transport routes, especially to the S3 expressway – very good technical condition of the road reducing excessive fuel consumption, noise and exhaust emissions and contributing to the safety of traffic participants, – proper condition of technical exits individual and public, as well as the bridge over the Mine Canal, – increasing the attractiveness of the investment and the economic activation of the region, – facilitated communication access with Kostrzyn-Słubice Słubice Special Economic Zone, and the improvement of the area’s investment attractiveness and economic activation of the region – facilitated communication access with Kostrzyn-Słubice Słubice Special Economic Zone. The project’s stakeholders will be all users of public roads in the area of support.
