At the date of submission of the Application, the company, “ELEMA” M.MIKOŁAJCZYK, G. The Subsidiary of the JAWN combines export sales to the Czech Republic of Germany and Italy. However, the applicant sees the possibility of increasing the share of export value over domestic sales through expansion of trade activities to new foreign markets. In view of the above, the applicant intends to develop a new business model which, thanks to activities such as: examination of markets, analysis of the applicant’s competitive position, identification of all legal standards required by national regulations as well as marketing activities related to the company’s products best matching the demand of target markets will allow us to start effective activities that will significantly expand the list of foreign customers and improve the competitive position of the company. The short-term project will have an impact on the provision of the necessary information on how to take export activities, and on active sales of services on foreign markets over the long term. The project fully responds to the applicant’s diagnosed needs, thus giving the opportunity to further dynamic development of the company and to maintain the continuous development of a portfolio of customers based on the services offered so far, for which it is necessary to acquire new contacts and foreign partners. The expected benefits of strengthening the company’s position are an increase in sales and an increase in export services. (English)

(Polish)
