The aim of the integrated ESF project from the ERDF “Preschool Milusiński Academy – Renovation and reconstruction of part of the old school building in Skąpe in order to adapt to the needs of the preschool” is to reduce the disproportion in access to high quality pre-school education in Chełmża and improve educational opportunities for 25 preschool children by modernising the old school building in Skąpe for the operation of the new preschool point and extending its offer to additional classes. The ESF will create 25 kindergarten places for children aged 3-5 from a municipality from different backgrounds. The current activities of the new PLO will be financed over a period of 12 months, i.e. from 09.2018 to 08.2019. Children will take part in additional classes in English and rhythmics and will be accompanied by a speech therapist. The above-mentioned actions, combining ERDF investment with ESF support, fall within the scope and main principles of intervention indicated for thematic objective 10. They will allow early education of children from the rural community and with difficult access to such services, i.e. an area with low pre-school education. At the same time, they will make it easier for supportive children to start in the education system and increase their social competences. At the same time, the scope of activities takes into account demographic forecasts as well as the demand for pre-school education and the conditions for spatial diversification in access to them. Celem projektu zintegrowanego EFS z EFRR „Przedszkole Akademia Milusińskich - remont oraz przebudowa części budynku starej szkoły w miejscowości Skąpe w celu przystosowania do potrzeb punktu przedszkolnego” jest zmniejszenie dysproporcji w dostępie do wysokiej jakości edukacji przedszkolnej na terenie gminy Chełmża i poprawa szans edukacyjnych dla 25 dzieci w wieku przedszkolnym poprzez modernizację budynku starej szkoły w miejscowości Skąpe na potrzeby funkcjonowania nowego punktu przedszkolnego oraz rozszerzenie jego oferty o zajęcia dodatkowe, w terminie do 31.08.2019. Ze środków EFS utworzonych zostanie 25 miejsc przedszkolnych przygotowanych dla dzieci w wieku 3-5 lat z terenu gminy pochodzącym z różnych środowisk. Sfinansowana zostanie bieżąca działalność nowego OWP w okresie 12 miesięcy, tj. od 09.2018 do 08.2019. Dzieci uczestniczyć będą w zajęciach dodatkowych z języka angielskiego i rytmiki oraz znajdą się pod opieką logopedy. Ww. działania, łączące inwestycję w ramach EFRR ze wsparciem EFS, wpisują się w zakres i główne zasady interwencji wskazane dla celu tematycznego 10. Pozwolą one na wczesną edukację dzieci pochodzących z gminy wiejskiej i z utrudnionym dostępem do takich usług, a więc z obszaru o niskim stopniu upowszechnienia wychowania przedszkolnego. Jednocześnie, ułatwią one dzieciom objętym wsparciem start w systemie edukacji i zwiększą ich kompetencje społeczne. Zakres działań uwzględnia zarazem prognozy demograficzne, jak i popyt na usługę edukacji przedszkolnej oraz uwarunkowania w zakresie zróżnicowań przestrzennych w dostępnie do nich. (Polish)
