Support will include: — creation and operation of apartments supported for 10 persons, – creation and operation of apartments protected for 8 persons, – creation and operation of Toruń Club for Families, – creation of an environmental hall, – implementation of competence training as a comprehensive preparation of service participants in the form of assisted and protected housing. Projekt będzie realizowany w okresie: 01.01.2020r.-31.12.2021r.; obejmuje działania zgodne z typem 2, 3 i 4 naboru (B.1.3). Celem projektu jest zwiększenie dostępu do usług wsparcia rodziny i pieczy zastępczej poprzez utworzenie Toruńskiego Klubu dla Rodzin oraz wzrost dostępu do usług w mieszkaniach wspomaganych, chronionych i usług społecznych dla 10 osób bezdomnych i 8 opuszczających pieczę zastępczą do 31.12.2021r. Wsparcie będzie kierowane do następujących grup uczestników zagroż. ubóstwem lub wyklucz. społ. Wśród tych osób wyróżnione zostały następujące podgrupy: -osoby w rodzinach przeżywających trudności w pełnieniu funkcji opiekuńczo-wychowawczych, o których mowa w ustawie z dnia 9 czerwca 2011 r. o wspieraniu rodziny i systemie pieczy zastępczej (30), -osoby opuszczające pieczę zastępczą (8), -osoby bezdomne(10). Wsparcie obejmie: - utworzenie i funkcjonowanie mieszkań wspomaganych dla 10 osób, - utworzenie i funkcjonowanie mieszkań chronionych dla 8 osób, - utworzenie i funkcjonowanie Toruńskiego Klubu dla Rodzin, - utworzenie świetlicy środowiskowej, - realizację treningu kompetencji jako kompleksowego przygotowania uczestników usług w postaci mieszkań wspomaganych i chronionych.
