Celem proj. jest podjęcie i utrzymanie aktywności zawodowej 15 K (w tym 9 pracujących i 6 bezrobotnych/biernych zawodowo) z gm.Wolbórz pełniących funkcje rodzicielskie poprzez zastosowanie kompleksowych działań w postaci zapewnienia 15 miejsc opieki nad dziećmi do l.3 w formie żłobka w terminie do 30.04.2019. Realizacja projektu jest szczególnie istotna dla mieszkanek gminy, na terenie której widoczny jest brak jakichkolwiek miejsc opieki dla dzieci w wieku do l.3. Szczegółowe działania projektowe obejmą: adaptację i dostosowanie pomieszczeń do potrzeb dzieci, zakup wyposażenia i innych elementów niezbędnych do organizacji opieki oraz bieżące funkcjonowanie miejsca opieki przez 12 miesięcy. Dzięki realizacji wszystkich działań rodzice zwiększą swoje szanse na aktywne uczestnictwo w rynku pracy. Dodatkowo przeprowadzone zostaną szeroko zakrojone działania informacyjne skierowane do rodziców z małymi dziećmi, które w postaci prostych i dostępnych komunikatów zachęcać będą do korzystania z możliwości opieki nad dziećmi. Działania te będą odpowiednio dostosowane do uwarunkowań środowiska lokalnego, gdzie nie ma rozwiniętej sieci instytucji opieki, a co za tym idzie często również świadomości rodzin co do możliwości korzystania z takiego wsparcia. Powiększony Żłobek zachowa instytucjonalną gotowość do świadczenia usług minimum przez dwa lata od zakończenia realizacji projektu, dzięki czemu na trwałe wpisze się w życie społeczności. Jest to niezwykle istotne nie tylko w świetle uwarunkowań lokalnych, które zgodnie z danymi demograficznymi wyraźne wskazują na konieczność funkcjonowania instytucjonalnych miejsc opieki nad dziećmi do lat 3, ale również w świetle uwarunkowań ogólnopolskich, które zakładają objęcie do 2020r. 33% dzieci w wieku 0-3 opieką instytucjonalną. 	The objective is to enter and maintain 15 K (including 9 employed and 6 unemployed/inactive) from the gm.Wolbórz performing the parental function by using comprehensive measures of providing 15 childcare places to 3 in the form of a crèche, within a period of up to 30.04.2019. The project is particularly important for a municipality where there is a lack of any places of care for children aged until L.3. Specific design activities will include: the adaptation and adaptation of premises to the needs of children, the purchase of equipment and other elements necessary for the organisation of care and the daily functioning of the care facility for 12 months. Through the implementation of all actions, parents will increase their chances of active participation in the labour market. In addition, extensive outreach activities will be carried out for parents with young children who, in the form of simple and accessible messages, will encourage the use of childcare. These actions will be adapted to the specificities of the local environment where there is no developed network of care institutions, and therefore often also their families’ awareness of the possibility to benefit from such support. The extension will retain the institutional willingness to provide services for a minimum period of two years after the end of the project, which will lead to a permanent entry into force of the community. This is essential not only in the light of local conditions which, according to the demographic data, clearly indicate the need for institutional care facilities for the children up to the 3s, but also in the light of the national circumstances which imply coverage by 2020. 33 % of 0-3 old children (English)
