The subject of the project is a deep thermal modernisation of the following public buildings: •Team of buildings of the Centre for Vocational and Continuation Training in Międzyrzecz on ul. Marcinkowskiego 26, plot no.336/6. o Main Building, about the School Workshop Building, about the Boiler Building, about the Gym Building, the Exchange of the heating network between the Boiler House and the School Workshop building. •Part added to the Centre for Vocational and Continuous Training in Międzyrzecz, ul. Libelta 4, Unit No. IT’S 191/2. The project will be implemented in the “design and build” formula. As part of the construction and installation works, the project is planned to: •warming of external partitions (5 objects), •exchange of window and door carpentry (3 objects) •assembly of mechanical ventilation with heat recovery (1 object), •modernisation of internal lighting (1 object), •TIK (implementation of energy management and monitoring system) – •modernisation of internal thermal installation (5 objects), •RES installation – heat pump (3 objects), •RES installation – photovoltaic panels (5 objects). The main problem is: low energy efficiency in the public buildings sector in the area of Międzyrzecki County, including as a result of the lack of energy efficiency optimisation activities in the complex of buildings of the Centre for Vocational and Continuous Training in Międzyrzecz. The main objective of the project is to improve energy efficiency in the public buildings sector in the area of Międzyrzecki County and Miedzyrzecz by optimising the energy economy in the complex of buildings of the Centre for Vocational and Continuous Training in Międzyrzecz together with the local heat node. Przedmiotem projektu jest głęboka termomodernizacja następujących budynków użyteczności publicznej: •Zespół budynków Centrum Kształcenia Zawodowego i Ustawicznego w Międzyrzeczu przy ul. Marcinkowskiego 26, działka nr ewid.336/6. oBudynek Główny, oBudynek Warsztatów Szkolnych, oBudynek Kotłowni, oBudynek Sali Gimnastycznej, oWymiana sieci ciepłowniczej pomiędzy budynkiem Kotłowni a budynkiem Warsztatów Szkolnych. •Część dobudowywana Centrum Kształcenia Zawodowego i Ustawicznego w Międzyrzeczu, przy ul. Libelta 4,działka nr ewid. 191/2. Projekt będzie realizowany w formule „zaprojektuj i wybuduj”. W ramach prac budowlano - instalacyjnych w projekcie planuje się: •ocieplenie przegród zewnętrznych (5 obiektów), •wymianę stolarki okiennej i drzwiowej (3 obiekty) •montaż wentylacji mechanicznej z odzyskiem ciepła (1 obiekt), •modernizację oświetlenia wewnętrznego (1 obiekt), •TIK (wdrożenie systemu zarządzania i monitorowania energią) – (), •modernizacja wewnętrznej instalacji cieplnej (5 obiektów), •montaż OZE – pompa ciepła (3 obiekty), •montaż OZE – panele fotowoltaiczne (5 obiektów). Głównym problemem jest: niska efektywność energetyczna w sektorze budynków użyteczności publicznej na obszarze Powiatu Międzyrzeckiego, w tym m.in. w wyniku braku działań optymalizacyjnych gospodarki energetycznej w zespole budynków Centrum Kształcenia Zawodowego i Ustawicznego w Międzyrzeczu. Głównym celem projektu jest poprawa efektywności energetycznej w sektorze budynków użyteczności publicznej na obszarze Powiatu Międzyrzeckiego oraz Gminy Międzyrzecz poprzez optymalizację gospodarki energetycznej w zespole budynków Centrum Kształcenia Zawodowego i Ustawicznego w Międzyrzeczu wraz z lokalnym węzłem cieplnym. Sposób wdrażania: wnioskodawca zapewni trwałość projektu – instytucjonalną, techniczną i finansową inwestycji w trakcie jej wdrażania oraz po jej zakończeniu w okresie trwałości.
