Celem projektu pn.”Zagospodarowanie turystyczne rzeki Warty oraz Zbiornika Jeziorsko – budowa portu jachtowego wraz z zapleczem i przyłączami w Wylazłowie” jest budowa niezbędnej infrastruktury turystycznej, mającej na celu podniesienie atrakcyjności turystycznej Gminy Pęczniew. Projekt dotyczy budowy portu jachtowego wraz z wyposażeniem w Wylazłowie oraz zagospodarowania turystycznego terenu. Projekt przyczyni się do rozwoju gospodarki turystycznej w oparciu o wykorzystanie potencjału endogenicznego regionu, poprzez tworzenie warunków dla powstania nowych miejsc pracy w tym sektorze. W wyniku projektu powstaną 3 nowe EPC. Nowe usługi i funkcje to: pomosty, wypożyczalnia sprzętu pływającego; slip; miejsce pod małą gastronomię; boiska sportowe i urządzenia sportowe, stworzenie sanitariatów i zaplecza kuchennego dla turystów, przechowywania sprzętu wodnego; birdwatching. Kapitanat – zaplecze sanitarne i administracyjne, hangar dla jachtów i łodzi. Zadania projektu: Budowa infrastruktury nad Zb. Jeziorsko, zakup śr. trwałych, nadzór inwestorski, promocja, zarządzanie projektem, szkolenia EFS. Grupa docelowa: mieszkańcy gm. Pęczniew oraz gmin sąsiadujących, pow. poddębickiego oraz woj. łódzkiego i kraju, przedsiębiorcy, turyści odwiedzający gminę i cały region, JST, które tworzą partnerstwo na rzecz wspólnego rozwoju obszaru. W inwestycji zastosowano zasady projektowania uniwersalnego. Projektowanie produktów, środowiska, programów i usług nastąpi w taki sposób, by były użyteczne dla wszystkich, w największym stopniu, bez potrzeby adaptacji lub specjalistycznego projektowania. Uniwersalne projektowanie nie wyklucza możliwości zapewniania dodatkowych udogodnień dla szczególnych grup os. z niepełnosprawnościami, zgodnie z „Wytycznymi w zakresie realizacji zasady równości szans i niedyskryminacji na lata 2014-2020”. The aim of the project called “Tourist management of the Warta River and the Lake Reservoir – the construction of a yacht port with facilities and connections in Wylazłów” is the construction of the necessary tourist infrastructure, aimed at increasing the tourist attractiveness of the municipality of Pęczniew. The project concerns the construction of a yacht port with equipment in Wylazłów and the development of touristic land. The project will contribute to the development of the tourism economy by exploiting the potential of the endogenous region by creating the conditions for the creation of new jobs in the sector. As a result of the project, 3 new EPCs will be created. New services and features include: platforms, floating equipment rental; it’s a slide; a place for a small gastronomy; sports fields and sports facilities, establishment of sanitary facilities and kitchen facilities for tourists, storage of water equipment; it’s a birdwatching. Skipper – sanitary and administrative facilities, hangar for yachts and boats. Tasks of the project: Construction of infrastructure over Zb. Jeziorsko, purchase of fixed goods, investor supervision, promotion, project management, ESF training. Target group: residents of Pęczniew and neighbouring communes, Poddębicki district and the Łódź and country voivodeships, entrepreneurs, tourists visiting the commune and the whole region, JST, which form a partnership for the joint development of the area. In the investment the principles of universal design were applied. The design of products, environment, programmes and services shall be made in such a way as to be useful to all, to the greatest extent, without the need for adaptation or specialised design. Universal design does not preclude the possibility of providing additional facilities for specific groups with disabilities, in accordance with the Guidelines for the implementation of the principle of equal opportunities and non-discrimination for the period 2014 to 2020.
