The aim of the project is to actively integrate people from the Municipality of Kowal at risk of poverty or social exclusion by improving and strengthening their employability and strengthening their socio-occupational competences. The target group will be people at risk of poverty or social exclusion. The selection of participants will be preceded by an individual diagnosis of the problem by applying a social contract. The project involves supporting people at risk of poverty or social exclusion based on a reintegration path created individually for each person. The project’s objective will be supported by the planned tasks, i.e. specialised advice on improving life skills and socio-occupational skills that ultimately enable the return to social life and the labour market, vocational advice and various vocational courses, allowing for improving professional qualifications and better matching to the needs of the labour market. The project assumes a level of social efficiency above 34 % and a level of employment efficiency above 22 %. The effects of raising, acquiring or supplementing knowledge or skills by project participants will be confirmed by a formal document (e.g. certificate) and verified each time by carrying out an appropriate check (e.g. in the form of an examination). Products of the project: Number of people at risk of poverty or social exclusion supported in the programme – 18 people (40 % i.e. 8 people will be members of the third aid profile). Celem projektu jest aktywna integracja osób z terenu Gminy Miasto Kowal zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym poprzez poprawę i wzmocnienie ich zdolności do zatrudnienia oraz wzmocnienie ich kompetencji społeczno-zawodowych. Grupę docelową stanowić będą osoby zagrożone ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym. Wybór uczestników zostanie poprzedzony indywidualną diagnozą sytuacji problemowej poprzez zastosowanie kontraktu socjalnego. Projekt zakłada wsparcie osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym w oparciu o ścieżkę reintegracji stworzoną indywidualnie dla każdej osoby. Do osiągnięcia celu projektu przyczynią się zaplanowane zadania tj. poradnictwo specjalistyczne w zakresie podniesienia kompetencji życiowych i umiejętności społeczno-zawodowych umożliwiających docelowo powrót do życia społecznego i rynek pracy, doradztwo zawodowe oraz różnego rodzaju kursy zawodowe, pozwalające na podniesienie kwalifikacji zawodowych i lepsze dopasowanie do potrzeb rynku pracy. Projekt zakłada poziom efektywności społecznej powyżej 34% oraz poziom efektywności zatrudnieniowej powyżej 22%. Efekty podniesienia, nabycia lub uzupełnienia wiedzy lub umiejętności przez uczestników projektu będą potwierdzone formalnym dokumentem (np. certyfikatem) i każdorazowo weryfikowane poprzez przeprowadzenie odpowiedniego ich sprawdzenia (np. w formie egzaminu). Produkty projektu: Liczba osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym objętych wsparciem w programie - 18 osób (40% tj. 8 osób będą stanowiły osoby należące do trzeciego profilu pomocy). Oczekiwane rezultaty projektu: Liczba osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym, które uzyskały kwalifikacje po opuszczeniu programu - 18 osób, Liczba osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym, poszukujących pracy po opuszczeniu programu - 18 osób, Liczba osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub społecznym pracujących po opuszczeniu programu (łącznie z pracującymi na własny rachunek) 5 osób.
