The project consists of implementing a new business model in relation to exports of the company’s products in the form of granulated calcium fertilisers, thus attracting entities with which to cooperate on foreign markets – Romanian and Slovak. The project covers the following basic activities: — participation in international fairs and exhibitions, – participation in international trade fairs and exhibitions, – participation in economic missions. In addition, the project includes costs related to the production of advertising and promotional materials, translations, redesign of logo and packaging, searching for foreign contractors. These actions are necessary in order to properly implement the Applicant’s strategy for entering the target markets concerned, which are the future direction of exports of their products. The main objective of the project is to increase the level of foreign trade and the development of Liedmann Sp. z o.o. and increase its competitiveness and revenues. These objectives will be achieved by implementing a new business model leading to new outlets abroad. The implementation of the intermediate objectives will lead to the achievement of the main objective, i.e.: • acquiring new customers, • an increase in sales of products offered by the Applicant, and as a result of increasing the company’s revenues, • the presence in the awareness of potential customers and promotion of the Liedmann Sp. z o.o. brand abroad, • establishing contacts with foreign partners, • introducing an innovative product to the foreign market. Direct result indicators will be among others. 5 foreign trade contracts acquired and an increase in export sales by more than 10 %. (English)

    Projekt polega na wdrożeniu nowego modelu biznesowego w odniesieniu do eksportu produktów firmy w postaci wapniowych nawozów granulowanych, a co za tym idzie pozyskaniu podmiotów, z którymi można podjąć współpracę na rynkach zagranicznych - rumuńskim i słowackim. Projekt swym zakresem obejmuje następujące podstawowe działania: - udział w imprezach targowo-wystawienniczych zagranicznych, - udział w imprezach targowo-wystawienniczych krajowych o charakterze międzynarodowym, - udział w misjach gospodarczych. Dodatkowo, w ramach projektu przewidziane są koszty związane z wykonaniem materiałów reklamowych i promocyjnych, tłumaczeniami, redesignem logo oraz opakowań, poszukiwaniem kontrahentów zagranicznych. Powyższe działania są niezbędne w celu odpowiedniego wdrożenia strategii wejścia Wnioskodawcy na dane rynki docelowe będące przyszłym kierunkiem eksportu jego produktów. Podstawowym celem projektu jest zwiększenie poziomu handlu zagranicznego oraz rozwój firmy Liedmann Sp. z o.o. i wzrost jej konkurencyjności, jak i przychodów. Cele te zostaną osiągnięte poprzez wdrożenie nowego modelu biznesowego przedsiębiorstwa, prowadzącego do wejścia na nowe rynki zbytu za granicą. Do realizacji głównego celu będzie prowadziła realizacja celów pośrednich, tj.: • pozyskanie nowych klientów, • wzrost sprzedaży produktów oferowanych przez Wnioskodawcę, a w efekcie zwiększenie dochodów firmy, • zaistnienie w świadomości potencjalnych klientów i wypromowanie marki Liedmann Sp. z o.o. za granicą, • nawiązanie kontaktów z zagranicznymi partnerami, • wprowadzenie na rynek zagraniczny innowacyjnego produktu. Wskaźnikami rezultatu bezpośredniego będą m.in. 5 pozyskanych zagranicznych kontraktów handlowych oraz wzrost poziomu sprzedaży na eksport o ponad 10%. (Polish)
