In implementing the project, the applicant aims to increase the international expansion of the Applicant and to increase turnover in foreign trade through the implementation of activities and a new business model of internationalisation described in the Business Internationalisation Strategy.     Wnioskodawca realizując projekt ma na celu zwiększenie międzynarodowej ekspansji Wnioskodawcy oraz wzrost obrotów w handlu zagranicznym, poprzez wdrożenie działań i nowego modelu biznesowego internacjonalizacji opisanego w Strategii biznesowej internacjonalizacji. Wśród celów szczegółowych projektu Wnioskodawcy można wskazać poszerzenie zakresu geograficznego ekspansji przedsiębiorstwa oraz pozyskanie nowych partnerów biznesowych na rynkach docelowych. Projekt stanowi odpowiedź na zdiagnozowane potrzeby Wnioskodawcy w postaci konieczności poszukiwania nowych rynków zbytu dla oferowanych produktów, a także rozwoju poprzez eksport. Projekt Wnioskodawcy zakłada dywersyfikację geograficzną dotychczasowej działalności eksportowej Wnioskodawcy poprzez wejście z produktami na nowe rynki zbytu. Projekt będzie realizowany w podziale na 2 zadania, z których każde dotyczy wejścia przez Wnioskodawcę na 1 rynek, włoski i hiszpański. W ramach realizacji projektu Wnioskodawca wprowadzi zmianę organizacyjno–procesową opisaną we wniosku, a także strategii.
