The aim of the project is to carry out industrial research and experimental development work for the first stage of production to develop an innovative biocidal water filter dedicated to 2.5" cartridges. The filter will be formed from an artificial form for which nanoparticles will be used to give it biocidal properties. This functionality will significantly reduce the formation of biofilm inside the body. The innovativeness of the product to be tested will be further based on the use of QUCK-LOCK quick-coupling and by-pass cut-off water supply during dismantling and assembly of the body. The type of project is consistent with the type of projects recorded in the competition rules. After development and validation of the prototype, ust-M plans to implement it into its own production. In order to protect the solutions used, the product will be subjected to patent protection. The company is included in the catalogue of entities entitled to apply for support in the RPLD competition.01.02.02-IP.02-10-021/17 and is not excluded from applying for dofinans. The project will be implemented within the administrative limits of the Łódź Voivodeship, and its implementation was not started before the date of submission of the application for funding. It will have a positive impact on EU horizontal policies The project is in line with applicable rules on the application of state aid issued under Roz.Kom. EU No 651/2014 of 17.06.2014 and does not apply to sectors excluded from support. The subject of the project will be to carry out research works that fit into regional specialisations: Advanced building materials. Tasks in the project will concern the implementation of individual stages of work, until the development of a validated prototype ready for commercialisation. Celem projektu jest przeprowadzenie badań przemysłowych i eksperymentalnych prac rozwojowych do etapu pierwszej produkcji służących opracowaniu innowacyjnego biobójczego narurowego filtra do wody dedykowanego wkładom 2,5”. Filtr będzie formowany z tw. sztucznego, do którego wykorzystane zostaną nanocząstki nadająca mu właściwości biobójcze. Funkcjonalność ta wpłynie znacząco na ograniczenie powstawania biofilmu wewnątrz korpusu. Innowacyjność produktu, który będzie przedmiotem badań będzie opierała się dodatkowo na zastosowaniu szybkozłącza QUCK-LOCK oraz by- passa odcinającego dopływ wody w czasie demontażu i montażu korpusu. Typ projektu jest zgodny z typem projektów zapisanym w regulaminie konkursu. UST-M po opracowaniu i walidacji prototypu planuje wdrożyć go do własnej produkcji . W celu ochrony zastosowanych rozwiązań produkt zostanie poddany ochronie patentowej. Spółka znajduje się w katalogu podmiotów uprawnionych do ubiegania się o wsparcie w ramach konkursu RPLD.01.02.02-IP.02-10-021/17 i nie podlega wykluczeniu o ubieganie się o dofinan. i nie orzeczono wobec niej zakazu dostępu do środków funduszy UE. Projekt będzie realizowany w granicach administracyjnych województwa łódzkiego, a jego realizacja nie została rozpoczęta przed dniem złożenia wniosku o dofinasowanie. Będzie miał pozytywny wpływ na polityki horyzontalne UE Planowane do wdrożenia przedsięwzięcie jest zgodne z obowiązującymi przepisami dotyczącymi stosowania pomocy publicznej wydanymi na podstawie Roz.Kom. UE nr 651/2014 z dnia 17.06.2014. i nie dotyczy sektorów wyłączonych ze wsparcia. Przedmiotem projektu będzie przeprowadzenie prac badawczych które wpisują się w specjalizacje regionalną: Zaawansowane materiały budowlane.
