As part of the project, both proprietary devices and sensors for collecting vibrational, localisation and sensor data will be created, as well as algorithms for processing this data in an IT system. The whole will be sold as a service of a comprehensive nature – on the one hand, the owners of rolling stock will receive on-going information about the condition of machines and will be able to determine on an ongoing basis the likelihood of problems, and on the other hand they will receive detailed location data – i.e. information on where the rolling stock is located. This allows for a significant reduction in service costs, failures, reduction of downtime, while at the same time extending the service life of the wagons. The service created as part of the project is an innovative, innovative way of informing about accidents – installation of equipment directly on the rolling stock (instead of on the track like in competition), thanks to which information will feed customer solutions regardless of where the wagon is located at a given time. The project envisages carrying out industrial research and experimental development work within 11 tasks described in detail in point. G.1 of the proposal. This work will be carried out in parallel in several thematic areas: computer science, mechatronics, electronics and development works in the field of industrial design. W efekcie realizacji projektu zostanie opracowana innowacyjna usługa monitorowania, wykrywania usterek wagonów towarowych (powierzchnie płaskie flat wheel, nalepy, narosty) poprzez diagnostykę wibracyjną oraz sieć sensorów (czujniki temperatury łożysk, czujnik ciśnienia gazu w cysternie) w celu zapewnienia tzw. prognozowanego utrzymania według stanu (ang. predictive maintenance). W ramach projektu powstaną zarówno autorskie urządzenia i czujniki do zbierania danych wibracyjnych, lokalizacyjnych i sensorycznych, jak również zbudowane zostaną algorytmy do przetwarzania tych danych w systemie informatycznym. Całość sprzedawana będzie jako usługa o kompleksowym charakterze – z jednej strony właściciele taboru otrzymywać będą na bieżąco informacje o stanie maszyn i będą mogli wyznaczać na bieżąco prawdopodobieństwa wystąpienia problemów, z drugiej zaś otrzymają szczegółowe dane lokalizacyjne – a więc informacje gdzie w danym momencie znajduje się tabor. Pozwala to na znaczące zmniejszenie kosztów serwisu, awarii, zmniejszenie przestojów, przy jednoczesnym wydłużeniu żywotności wagonów. Usługa powstała w ramach projektu stanowi innowacyjny, nowatorski sposób informowania o awariach – montaż urządzeń bezpośrednio na taborze (zamiast na torowisku jak u konkurencji), dzięki czemu informacje zasilać będą rozwiązania klientów niezależnie od tego, gdzie wagon znajduje się w danym momencie. Projekt przewiduje przeprowadzenie badań przemysłowych oraz eksperymentalnych prac rozwojowych w ramach 11 zadań opisanych szczegółowo w pkt. G.1 wniosku. Prace te będą prowadzone równolegle w kilku zakresach tematycznych: informatyka, mechatronika, elektronika i prace rozwojowe z zakresu wzornictwa przemysłowego. Całość ww. prac doprowadzi do poziomu gotowości technologii umożliwiającego wdrożenie produkcyjne (TRL9). (Polish)
