The subject of the project will be superstructure, extension and reconstruction of Borowiaczek kindergarten in Śliwice for the operation of preschool branches. As part of the investment, it is planned to rebuild and expand the existing building for the needs of 6 preschool rooms with sanitary facilities, kitchen and social room. In addition, the complete replacement of electrical, water, sewage and central heating systems with heat exchange and the execution of fire and alarm and telecommunication systems are also envisaged. It was also designed to warm the walls and ceilings and replace the window and door carpentry in the building. It is also necessary to develop the area, in particular, to ensure the proper safety of children and parents with proper communication and to create conditions for outdoor activities. For this purpose, it is planned to build a playground, parking spaces and walk from concrete cube and openwork slabs, repair and reconstruction of the fence, as well as overhaul of downhills. The project also provides for the purchase of the necessary equipment of the kindergarten. Przedmiotem projektu będzie nadbudowa, rozbudowa i przebudowa przedszkola Borowiaczek w Śliwicach na potrzeby funkcjonowania oddziałów przedszkolnych. W ramach inwestycji planuje się przebudowę i rozbudowę istniejącego budynku na potrzeby 6 sal przedszkolnych z sanitariatami, kuchnią i pomieszczeniem socjalnym. Ponadto przewiduje się również całkowitą wymianę instalacji elektrycznej, wodociągowej, kanalizacyjnej i centralnego ogrzewania z wymianą źródła ciepła oraz wykonanie instalacji p.poż. i instalacji alarmowo – teletechnicznej. Zaprojektowano również wykonanie ocieplenia ścian i stropodachu oraz wymianę stolarki okiennej i drzwiowej w budynku. Konieczne jest również zagospodarowanie terenu obejmujące w szczególności zapewnienie właściwego bezpieczeństwa dzieci i rodziców wraz z prawidłową komunikacją oraz stworzenie warunków do prowadzenia zajęć na świeżym powietrzu. W tym celu planuje się budowę placu zabaw, miejsc postojowych i dojść z kostki betonowej i płyt ażurowych, naprawę i przebudowę ogrodzenia, a także remont zjazdów. Projekt przewiduje także zakup niezbędnego wyposażenia przedszkola. W rozbudowanym i przebudowanym obiekcie będzie funkcjonowało 150 miejsc przedszkolnych, z których 28 będą stanowiły miejsca nowo utworzone. (Polish)
