The object of the project is to develop and upgrade the building of the Polish Wooden Schools Team in Lobiens for the creation of 3 new pre-school branches and to adapt the existing premises to the new communication system, as well as to equip the newly established branches. The beneficiary of the project is the Municipality of Lbiens. The project will be carried out in Lbiens on plots Nos 488/3, 488/4 and 488/8. Due to the nature of the investment, the final beneficiaries include the pre-school children, the educators and the operation of the facility, as they are the most likely to gain from the realisation of the investment. The aim of the project is to increase access to high-quality pre-school education in the municipality of Ldress. The main problem is poor access to pre-school services in the municipality where the uptake of pre-school education amounts to 59.8 % (in 2014) and was thus lower than in the Kujawsko-Pomorskie province. In the municipality of Lbiens, there is no possibility to increase the number of places in pre-school establishments without the extension of the existing infrastructure. The project will provide better access to pre-school education by developing the existing pre-school infrastructure. This will increase the number of children in pre-school education, which will also indirectly increase participation (especially for women returning to the labour market). With the project, the Municipality of Libiens will create 3 new nursery units of 69 seats in total. (English)

(Polish)
