Przedmiotem projektu jest zmiana sposobu użytkowania pomieszczeń szkolno-warsztatowych na mieszkania socjalne, dobudowę klatki schodowej oraz rozbiórkę i budowę nowej kotłowni przy ścianie południowej w budynku w Nowem, przy ulicy Nowej 11. Beneficjentem jest Gmina Nowe, a grupą docelową osoby wykluczone społecznie i zagrożone takim wykluczeniem. (Polish)
