    Przedmiotem projektu jest przebudowa i remont budynku przy ul. Kościuszki 3 w Sępólnie Krajeńskim, z przeznaczeniem na siedzibę Warsztatów Terapii Zajęciowej. W wyniku realizacji projektu, na obszarze powiatu sępoleńskiego powstanie infrastruktura umożliwiająca poprawę dostępu do usług społecznych świadczonych w środowisku lokalnym dla osób zagrożonych ubóstwem i wykluczeniem społecznym, w tym osób z niepełnosprawnościami W ramach projektu przewidziano następujące działania: • Dokumentacja aplikacyjna, w tym studium wykonalności • Dokumentacja projektowa, • Roboty budowlane związane z dobudową szybu windowego (fundamenty, rdzenie, utwardzenia) pozostałe roboty budowlane (rozbiórki, roboty ziemne, rdzenie, podciągi, wieńce, schody żelbetowe, ściany, posadzki, stolarka drzwiowa, tynki, okładziny, sufity podwieszane), • Roboty elektryczne (instalacje: elektryczna i teletechniczna), • Roboty sanitarne (instalacje: gazu, wod-kan, wentylacyjna,wymiana istniejącego przyłącza, roboty budowlane towarzyszące), • Zakup wyposażenia, •Zarządzanie projektem, • Promocja projektu.
