Project BC: “construction of two nursing facilities: in Łasin and Gruta, " it aims to increase access to social services through the construction of two care and educational facilities in the Grudziądzki district. The purpose of the investment shall include the following tasks: • construction of a building intended for the function of the Care and Education Centre in Gruta together with the development of the area around the building; • construction of a building intended for the function of the Care and Educational Centre in the town of Łasin and the development of the area around the building. As part of the project, part of the equipment for two care and educational establishments will also be purchased. The implementation of the project will contribute to the creation of 28 new children’s places in Care and Education Centres in the Grudziądzki district. The need for new institutions is justified by the fact that the Act of 9 June 2011 on supporting the family and the system of foster care (Dz. U. of 2016, item. 575, as amended), according to which, from 2 January 2021, the number of children placed in the institution may not exceed 14 children. The project to be implemented, aimed at increasing access to social services, is in line with the operational objectives of the RPO of Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodship for the years 2014-2020, and in particular Priority Axis 6 – Solid society and competitive staff, action 6.1 Investments in health and social infrastructure, sub-measure 6.1.2 Investments in social infrastructure. Total investment outlays amount to PLN 2 225 262.77. Projekt pn.: „ Budowa dwóch placówek opiekuńczo–wychowawczych: w Łasinie i w Grucie ” ma na celu zwiększenie dostępu do usług społecznych, poprzez budowę dwóch placówek opiekuńczo – wychowawczych na terenie powiatu grudziądzkiego. Przedmiot inwestycji obejmuje następujące zadania: • budowa budynku przeznaczonego na funkcję Placówki Opiekuńczo-Wychowawczej w miejscowości Gruta wraz z zagospodarowaniem terenu wokół budynku; • budowa budynku przeznaczonego na funkcję Placówki Opiekuńczo-Wychowawczej w miejscowości Łasin oraz zagospodarowanie terenu wokół budynku. W ramach projektu zostanie również zakupiona część wyposażenia do dwóch placówek opiekuńczo-wychowawczych. Realizacja projektu przyczyni się do powstania 28 nowych miejsc dla dzieci w Placówkach Opiekuńczo-Wychowawczych na terenie powiatu grudziądzkiego. Potrzebę powstania nowych Placówek uzasadnia fakt zmiany przepisów prawa tj. ustawy z dnia 9 czerwca 2011 r. o wspieraniu rodziny i systemie pieczy zastępczej (Dz. U. z 2016 r. poz. 575, z późn. zm.), zgodnie z którą od dnia 2 stycznia 2021 r. liczba dzieci umieszczonych w placówce nie może przekraczać 14 dzieci. Przewidziany do realizacji projekt, mający na celu zwiększenie dostępu do usług społecznych , wpisuje się cele operacyjne RPO Województwa Kujawsko-Pomorskiego na lata 2014-2020, a w szczególności w Oś priorytetową 6 - Solidarne społeczeństwo i konkurencyjne kadry, działanie 6.1 Inwestycje w infrastrukturę zdrowotną i społeczną, poddziałanie 6.1.2 Inwestycje w infrastrukturę społeczną. Całkowite nakłady inwestycyjne wynoszą 2 225 262,77 zł. Wydatki kwalifikowalne nie obejmują jedynie kosztu wykonania dokumentacji projektowej oraz części robót budowlanych, a zatem wynoszą 1 840 160,00 zł. (Polish)
