The direct objective of the project is to reduce the contamination of groundwater and surface water by effluents in the Andrespol Agglomeration by increasing the level of equipment of the agglomeration area with basic technical infrastructure and improving residents’ access to this infrastructure. As a result of the project, a total of 13.41 km of sewage network will be built, which will allow access to improved sewage treatment for 1 612 customers: • In the town of Wiśniowa Góra with a length of 9144.80 m, • in the town of Justynów with a length of 4271.60 m. The planned project will be equipped with monitoring and visualisation systems. It is also planned to expand the water treatment plant in Justynów, serving the same users as the investment in sanitary sewage. Under ineligible costs, side ducts will be built (PVC. 160 mm and 200 mm) – 3384.20 m. The project also includes project management, including investor supervision, information and promotional activities and costs of staff involved in the project implementation process. The final beneficiaries are residents of the municipality of Andrespol, but in the context of environmental protection, also residents of the Łódzkie-East county and the Łódź Voivodeship. The implementation of the investment is planned for the years 2017-2020 and is fully ready for implementation. The project is of a lasting nature. The municipality will remain in the lifetime of the project owner of the modernised infrastructure. The total investment outlays on the implementation of the project amount to PLN 16 769 417.69, of which eligible expenditure after income is PLN 8 464 423,97. (English)
