In the final analysis, the number of municipal waste fractions which are subject to separate collection will be 17 (including the 13 fractions representing the cost of accommodation, as set out in the Finance Plan). PSZOK will be available to residents on 5 days, one day before. 18: 00.The beneficiaries of the project are residents of the municipality of Warkkowice. The scope of the project includes the following tasks: Task 1Preparation of project 1.1, Development of a Feasibility Study 1.2 Development of a Program of Operation Alerno — Use 1.3 Development of project documentation of 2 Construction of 3 Construction of 2018 Project Management 3.1 Investment Surveillance 3.2 Project Supervision for Investment Force Promotion of Project. the project will be completed in the fourth quarter of 2019. the project will be completed in the fourth quarter of. the municipality has the necessary documentation: PFU (non-acid). The legal situation of the property is regulated. The municipality owns the land on which the investment is planned (parcel number 314/1). The beneficiary has an institutional capacity to implement the project. The investor and the contracting entity will be the Municipality of Warkowice, represented by the mayor of the Municipality of Wartokowice. The financial feasibility of the project is not jeopardised. The scope and nature of the project are such that it forms part of the V priority axis: Environment, Action V.2 Waste management. According to the priority description, the planned waste management project will contribute significantly to the increase in the weight of waste which is subject to waste management, which will significantly affect the preservation and improvement of the quality of the environment as well as the protection of natural resources.     summary
    Przedmiotem projektu jest Rozbudowa PSZOK w Wartkowicach. Docelowo liczba frakcji odpadów komun. objętych selektywnym zbieraniem w punktach wyniesie 17 (w tym 13 frakcji stanowiących koszt kwal, zgodnie z Planem Finansowym). PSZOK będzie dostępny dla mieszkańców 5 dni w tyg., w tym jeden dzień do godz. 18:00.Beneficjentami projektu są mieszkańcy gminy Wartkowice. Zakres projektu obejmuje następujące zadania: Zadanie 1Przygotowanie projektu 1.1 Opracowanie studium wykonalności 1.2 Opracowanie Programu Funkcjonalno –Użytkowego 1.3 Opracowanie dokumentacji projektowej Zadanie 2Roboty budowlane Zadanie 3Zarządzanie projektem 3.1 Nadzór inwestorski 3.2 Promocja projektu Za rozpoczęcie projektu przyjęto poniesienie pierwszego wydatku za wykonanie dokumentacji projektowej–II kwartale 2018r., projekt zakończy się w IV kwartale 2019 r. Gmina posiada niezbędną dokumentację: PFU (niekwal). Stan prawny nieruchomości jest uregulowany. Gmina jest właścicielem działki, na której planowana jest inwestycja (numer działki 314/1). Beneficjent posiada zdolność instytucjonalną do realizacji projektu. Funkcję Inwestora i Zamawiającego pełnić będzie Gmina Wartkowice reprezentowana przez Wójta Gminy Wartkowice. Wykonalność finansowa projektu nie jest zagrożona. Zakres i charakter projektu powodują, iż wpisuje się on w V oś priorytetową: Ochrona środowiska, Działanie V.2 Gospodarka odpadami. Zgodnie z opisem priorytetu planowany projekt z zakresu gospodarki odpadami znacząco przyczyni się do wzrostu masy odpadów poddanych innym niż składowanie sposobom zagospodarowania, co wpłynie znacząco na zachowanie i poprawę jakości środowiska naturalnego, jak również na ochronę zasobów naturalnych.
