The project involves a fundamental change in the production process occurring in an undertaking as a result of the implementation of an innovative machine for the manufacture of packaging. As a result, this will increase the efficiency and productivity of the EKO-PAK production company. The dispenser allows, inter alia, at the same time, cutting, beating (i.e. pre-naming of the board of the board) and fracking in a single cycle of work. As a result of the application to the packaging of packaging in an enterprise, the following will be used to produce packaging: 1. New product — large green containers (up to 1 000 litres and 1 tonnes of lifting capacity). 2. The improved product — so far the packaging will be made with a higher degree of precision, less glued, production will be much faster, and the boxes will also be more robust and aesthetically hard. For the correct installation of the machinery, construction work must be carried out with regard, inter alia, to the preparation of the place of installation of the equipment, the posited weather, the lighting and the ventilation system, in accordance with the health and safety requirements, to work as an operator of the machine. An increase in the productivity of the production process implies a need for additional investments that will allow for the full discounting of the new capacity and capacity of the plant. These investments include: — screwdriver screw support machine for the manufacture of 1 packaging machines — stock warehousing of 4 units There are 2 phases planned for the implementation of the project: 1. Construction and installation. 2. The purchase, installation and opening of a machine for the manufacture of packaging and the purchase of other fixed assets.     Projekt zakłada zasadniczą zmianę procesu produkcyjnego jaka zajdzie w przedsiębiorstwie na skutek wdrożenia innowacyjnego Automatu do produkcji opakowań. W efekcie przyniesie to zwiększenie efektywności i produktywności firmy produkcyjnej EKO-PAK. Automat pozwala m.in. na jednoczesne wycinanie, bigowanie (tj. wstępnego zaznaczenia miejsca zginania kartonu) oraz szczelinowanie w jednym cyklu pracy. Efektem zastosowania w przedsiębiorstwie Wnioskodawcy Automatu do produkcji opakowań będzie: 1. Nowy Produkt - wielkogabarytowy kontener ekologiczny (do 1000 l pojemności i 1 tony udźwigu). 2. Udoskonalony Produkt - dotychczas produkowane opakowania będą wykonane z wyższą precyzją, rzadziej klejone, produkcja będzie znacznie szybsza, kartony staną się także bardziej wytrzymałe i estetyczne. Dla prawidłowej instalacji maszyny konieczne jest wykonanie prac budowlanych w zakresie m.in. przygotowania miejsca zakotwiczenia urządzenia, posadzki bezpyłowej, oświetlenia i układu wentylacji zgodnie z wymogami BHP do pracy na stanowisku operatora Automatu. Wzrost wydajności procesu produkcyjnego pociąga za sobą konieczność dodatkowych inwestycji, które umożliwią pełne zdyskontowanie nowych możliwości i zdolności produkcyjnych zakładu. Inwestycje te, to: - Sprężarka śrubowa wspomagająca pracę Automatu do produkcji opakowań w ilości 1 szt. - Regały magazynowe w ilości 4 szt. Zaplanowano 2 etapy realizacji projektu: 1. Prace budowlane i instalatorskie. 2. Zakup, montaż i uruchomienie Automatu do produkcji opakowań oraz zakup pozostałych środków trwałych. Efektem wdrożenia projektu będzie istotny wzrost konkurencyjności EKO-PAK w kraju i za granicą.[...] (Polish)
