The project is addressed to residents of the district of Mogilno. Only those at risk of poverty and social exclusion are supported. The main objective of the project is to increase the social and professional competences of 90 participants in the project. (UP), including 60 women at risk of poverty or social exclusion living in the ORSG area. The project offers support for active inclusion in 2 areas: social activation and professional activation as part of participation in the Social Integration Club Philyon, created for residents of the Mogileński district, using, among others, the local potential of JST and employers’ resources and the tools provided by participation in the KIS.As part of social activation, each participant will receive social support provided by the Club. A path of socio-occupational reintegration will be developed for each of the 90 participants. Participants are offered support in the nature of cultural animation, support groups, legal counselling, professional advice, educational broker support, job mediation, as well as in the project. there will be an opportunity to take advantage of training/training courses raising qualifications/vocational competences and professional traineeships (prepared for 80 and 60 participants respectively. Projekt skierowany jest do mieszkańców powiatu mogileńskiego. Wsparcie otrzymują wyłącznie osoby zagrożone ubóstwem i wykluczeniem społecznym. Głównym celem proj. jest podniesienie kompetencji społecznych i zawodowych 90 uczestników proj. (UP), w tym 60 kobiet, zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym zamieszkujących obszar ORSG. Cel zostanie osiągnięty w okresie od 1.1.2019 roku do 30.06.2020 roku (w okresie 18 miesięcy realizacji proj.).ZAKRES WSPARCIA. Projekt oferuje wsparcie dotyczące aktywnej integracji w 2 obszarach: aktywizacja społeczna i aktywizacja zawodowa w ramach uczestnictwa w Filii Klubu Integracji Społecznej, tworzonej dla mieszkańców pow. mogileńskiego, przy wykorzystaniu m.in. potencjału lokalowego JST oraz zasobów pracodawców oraz narzędzi jakie daje uczestnictwo w KIS.W ramach aktywizacji społecznej każdy uczestnik otrzyma wsparcie o charakterze społecznym świadczone w Klubie. Dla każdego z 90 uczestników opracowana zostanie ścieżka reintegracji społeczno-zawodowej. Uczestnikom oferowane jest wsparcie o charakterze animacji kulturalnej, grupy wsparcia, poradnictwo prawne, doradztwo zawodowe, wsparcie brokera edukacyjnego, pośrednictwo pracy, a także w proj. będzie możliwość skorzystania ze szkoleń / kursów zawodowych podnoszących kwalifikacje / kompetencje zawodowe oraz ze staży zawodowych (przygotowanych odpowiednio dla 80 i 60 osób uczestniczących w proj.
