Toruń i toruńskiego w okresie 1.12.2019-30.11.2021. Projekt przewiduje udzielenie wsparcia o charakterze społecznym i zawodowym 28 osobom z niepełnosprawnością intelektualną, wzrost kompetencji społecznych i zawodowych uczestników oraz wzrost świadomości nt. własnych możliwości i ograniczeń związanych z pracą. Cel projektu zostanie osiągnięty przy pomocy następujących zadań: poradnictwa psychospołecznego, poradnictwa zawodowego, wizyt studyjnych i indywidualnego wsparcia w miejscu pracy. (Polish)
