Celem głów. proj. jest poprawa sytuacji na rynku pracy 55 os.(33K, 22M) w wieku aktywności zaw. przewidzianych do zwolnienia, zagrożonych zwolnieniem z pracy i zwolnionych z przyczyn dot. zakładu pracy (w okresie nie dłuższym niż 6 m-cy przed dniem przyst. do proj.) zamiesz. woj. kujawsko-pomorskie w zakr. zakładania i prowadzenia nowych podmiotów DG lub podniesienia kwal./komp. zaw. w okresie 01.07.2019-31.12.2020.Projekt skierowany do 55 osób (33K, 22M) w wieku aktywności zaw. - 30 osób zatrud. i 25 osób bez zatrud. Rezultat gł.: Liczba os., które po opuszczeniu programu podjęły pracę lub kontynuowały zatrudnienie - 33 os. (60%) Produkt gł.: Liczba pracowników zagrożonych zwol. z pracy oraz osób zwol. z przyczyn dot. zakładu pracy objętych wsparciem w programie – 55 os. Wsparcie ma char. kompleks. dostos. do potrzeb UP. Etap szkol-doradczy przed złożeniem wniosku o przyznanie wsparcia fin. składa się z grupowych szkoleń "ABC przedsiębiorczości" oraz ind. sesji doradczych, 18 wniosków otrzyma dof. oraz wsparcie pomostowe.
