| Property / summary: The project concerns the construction of social infrastructure with a view to the realisation of foster care in the district of Baumpolev district, i.e. two residential care facilities in Więborku. Each facility will have the capacity to accommodate 14 children, including one with a disability. In addition, the planned facilities are planned to build 2 street furniture in the form of gardening trays, as well as cleaning up and managing the land. The project will purchase the equipment and equipment necessary for the functioning of the POW. The need to implement the project stems from the need to adapt the institutional arrangements for foster care to existing legal provisions, in particular in the field of residential care, by reducing the number of seats for up to 14. The project will improve the functioning of the care and education infrastructure by providing an improvement in living conditions and contributing to raising the standards of upbringing, development and learning and to the development of the facility. The project will raise the standard and the quality of life of the raised care institution in Więbork. The infrastructure will comply with the legal requirements for the operation and condition of the infrastructure, including fully adapted to the firefighting regulations. In addition, the project will increase the access of disabled persons to the infrastructure of nursing homes, by adapting facilities to wheelchair users. (English) / rank | |||

Projekt dotyczy budowy infrastruktury społecznej w celu realizacji pieczy zastępczej na obszarze powiatu sępoleńskiego, tj. dwóch placówek opiekuńczo-wychowawczych w Więcborku. Każda z projektowanych placówek docelowo będzie mogła przyjąć 14 dzieci, w tym jedno niepełnosprawne. Ponadto przy projektowanych placówkach planuje się budowę 2 obiektów małej architektury w postaci altanek ogrodowych oraz uporządkowanie i zagospodarowanie terenu. W ramach projektu zakupione zostanie wyposażenie i sprzęt niezbędny do funkcjonowania POW. Potrzeba realizacji projektu wynika z konieczności dostosowania instytucjonalnych form sprawowania pieczy zastępczej do obowiązujących przepisów prawa, w szczególności w zakresie standardu opieki w placówkach, poprzez zmniejszenie ilości miejsc do 14 wychowanków. Projekt wpłynie na poprawę funkcjonowania infrastruktury opiekuńczo – wychowawczej, zapewniając polepszenie warunków bytowych i przyczyniając się tym samym do podniesienia standardów wychowania, rozwoju i nauki wychowanków oraz do rozwoju placówki. Dzięki realizacji projektu podniesiony zostanie standard oraz jakość życia wychowanków placówki opiekuńczo-wychowawczej w Więcborku. Powstała infrastruktura spełniać będzie wymogi prawne w zakresie funkcjonowania i stanu infrastruktury, w tym zostanie w pełni dostosowana do przepisów przeciwpożarowych. Ponadto w wyniku realizacji projektu zwiększy się dostęp osób niepełnosprawnych do infrastruktury placówek opiekuńczo-wychowawczych, poprzez dostosowanie obiektów do potrzeb osób poruszających się na wózkach inwalidzkich.
