The project concerns the development of a new generation of polymer material and covers designed for automotive braking systems through R & D works in their own PPHU laboratories and in cooperation with external scientific units and then starting production of shields within its own business activity. The scope of the project includes carrying out R & D work in 4 stages, the first 3 stages are the implementation of industrial research, stage 4 is development. As part of R & D, IT tools will be used in the framework of advanced computer techniques for the development of polymer material structures using nanotechnology. During the study, a nonlinear analysis of finite elements using simulations on mathematical models will be used. In the next phase of the project, samples and prototypes will be developed using CAD and CAM computer technology in the design and execution of 3D and 2D models. The Hermle C400 CNC milling center and TBI CNC turning center will be used. Computer-controlled Desma Injection Presses will be used directly to perform the samples. As a result of the R & D work, the behaviour and properties of materials and prototypes in the laboratory environment and in the environment constituting a model of real functioning conditions will be examined. The results of the research and works will then be introduced into PPHU PTS’s own business activity by starting the production of components for automotive braking systems based on the results of the project. PPHU PTS Tomczak, plans to implement the results in the production of polymer products, which will be sold to factories of international automotive companies Bosch, Brembo, Chassis Brakes, Continental, Mando. Projekt dotyczy opracowania nowej generacji materiału polimerowego oraz osłon przeznaczonych do samochodowych układów hamulcowych poprzez realizacje prac B+R we własnych laboratoriach PPHU oraz we współpracy z zewnętrznymi jednostkami naukowymi a następnie rozpoczęcia produkcji osłon w ramach własnej działalności gospodarczej. Zakres projektu obejmuje przeprowadzenie prac B+R w ramach 4 etapów, 3 pierwsze etapy to realizacja badań przemysłowych, etap 4 to prace rozwojowe. W ramach prac B+R wykorzystane zostaną narzędzia informatyczne w ramach zaawansowanych technik komputerowych w zakresie opracowania struktur materiałów polimerowych przy wykorzystaniu nanotechnologii. W trakcie badań wykorzystana będzie nieliniowa analiza metodą elementów skończonych wykorzystująca symulacje na modelach matematycznych. W kolejnym etapie projektu przy wykorzystaniu informatycznych technik komputerowych programów CAD oraz CAM w zakresie projektowania i wykonania modeli 3D i 2D opracowane zostaną próbki i prototypy. Wykorzystane zostaną sterowne numerycznie Frezarskie centrum obróbcze CNC Hermle C400 oraz centrum tokarskie CNC TBI. Bezpośrednio do wykonywania próbek będą zastosowane Prasy Wtryskowe Desma sterowane komputerowo. W efekcie realizacji prac B+R zbadane zostanie zachowanie i właściwości materiału i prototypów w środowisku laboratoryjnym oraz w otoczeniu stanowiącym model warunków rzeczywistego funkcjonowania. Następnie wyniki badań oraz prac zostaną wprowadzone do własnej działalności gospodarczej PPHU PTS poprzez rozpoczęcie produkcji elementów przeznaczanych do samochodowych układów hamulcowych na bazie uzyskanych wyników projektu. PPHU PTS Tomczak, planuje wdrożyć wyniki w ramach produkcji wyrobów polimerowych, które będą sprzedawane do fabryk międzynarodowych koncernów motoryzacyjnych Bosch, Brembo, Chassis Brakes, Continental, Mando. Zapotrzebowanie rynkowe na rezultaty projektu będzie miało charakter powszechny. (Polish)
