Project carried out between 01.03.2020 and 28.02.2022 on the territory of the Municipality of Toruñ. The project involves the creation of a new Town Hall at ul. Anders 21 in the left-hand section of Toruñ, where no public crèche is running so far. There will be 7 crèche places for 145 children in the crèche. The crèche will be located in a newly built 2-storey facility adapted to the needs of persons with disabilities. Project objectives: An increase in the availability of childcare facilities up to the 3s, through the creation of a 1 MGF with 7 crèches with a total of 145 seats by 28.02.2022, will be supported by at least 145 people, including unemployed or inactive persons on account of a relaxation of childcare until the 3s, including persons who have interrupted their career as a result of having a child or who are on parental leave within the meaning of the Act of 26.06.1974 Labour code and working persons providing childcare until the 3s (according to schedule 1 in schedule). The applicant declares that it will keep the newly created seats stable and finance it from other sources (GMT budget) for a period of at least 2 years from the date of completion of the project (B.1.11). The newly created facility will operate as 4 Town Hall run by the Municipality of Toruñ. The planned financing period for the new activity of the newly created facility will not exceed 24 months (B.1.9). The number of places in the urban crèches will be increased by 145 places. In total, up to now, the GMT had at its disposal 282 places, the number of places in ŻM1, ŻM2 and the ŻM 3 will increase by 75 places due to the ongoing extension, in addition to the 145 seats opened at ul. Andersa 21. In total GMT will have 502 seats in the crèches and hatchers. The support guarantees the increase of child care facilities up to the 3s run by GMT (B.1.13). (English)

    Projekt realizowany w okresie od 01.03.2020-28.02.2022 na terenie Gminy Miasta Toruń. Projekt zakłada utworzenie nowego Żłobka Miejskiego przy ul. Andersa 21 w lewobrzeżnej części Torunia, w której do tej pory nie funkcjonuje żaden żłobek publiczny. W żłobku zostanie utworzonych 7 oddziałów żłobkowych z miejscami dla 145 dzieci. Żłobek mieścić się będzie w nowo wybudowanym 2-kondygnacyjnym obiekcie dostosowanym do potrzeb osób z niepełnosprawnościami. Celem projektu jest: Wzrost dostępność miejsc świadczenia usług opieki nad dziećmi do lat 3 poprzez utworzenie 1 Żłobka Miejskiego z 7 oddziałami żłobkowymi posiadającymi łącznie 145 miejsc do 28.02.2022 r. Wsparciem zostanie objętych co najmniej 145 osób, w tym osoby bezrobotne lub bierne zawodowo pozostające poza rynkiem pracy ze względu na obow. opieki na dziećmi do lat 3, w tym os., które przerwały karierę zawodową ze względu na urodzenie dziecka lub przebyw. na urlopie wychowawczym w rozumieniu ustawy z dn. 26.06.1974 r. Kodeks Pracy oraz osoby pracujące, sprawujące opiekę nad dziećmi do lat 3 (zgodnie z zaplanowanymi dział w schemacie 1). Wnioskodawca deklaruje, iż utrzyma trwałość nowo utworzonych miejsc i będzie je finansował z innych źródeł (środki budżetu GMT) przez okres co najmniej 2 lat od daty zakończenia realizacji projektu (B.1.11). Nowo utworzona placówka będzie funkcjonowała jako 4 Żłobek Miejski prowadzony przez Gminę Miasta Toruń. Zaplanowany okres finansowania działalności bieżącej nowo utworzonej placówki nie przekracza okresu 24 miesięcy (B.1.9). Zostanie zwiększona liczba miejsc w żłobkach miejskich o 145 miejsca. Łącznie do tej pory GMT dysponowała 282 miejscami, liczba miejsc w ŻM1, ŻM2 i ŻM 3 zwiększy się jednak o 75 miejsc w związku z trwającą rozbudową, dodatkowo zostanie utworzonych 145 miejsc w ŻM przy ul. Andersa 21. Łącznie GMT posiadać będzie 502 miejsca w żłobkach i klubach dziec. Wsparcie gwarantuje zwiększenie miejsc opieki nad dziećmi do lat 3 prowadzonych przez GMT (B.1.13). (Polish)
