    Planowany do realizacji projekt pn. „Doposażenie Centrum Onkologii im. prof. F. Łukaszczyka w Bydgoszczy w sprzęt medyczny w celu zwiększenia dostępności do usług zdrowotnych dla mieszkańców województwa kujawsko – pomorskiego” polega wyłącznie na doposażeniu w sprzęt medyczny bez adaptacji pomieszczeń.W ramach projektu planowany jest zakup następującego sprzętu medycznego:1. rezonansu magnetycznego 1,5 T – dla Centrum Diagnostyczno- Leczniczego we Włocławku,2. mammografu cyfrowego – dla Centrum Diagnostyczno- Leczniczego we Włocławku,który będzie służył do wykonywania badań zapewniających szybką wysokospecjalistyczną diagnostykę zmian nowotworowych.Centrum Diagnostyczno- Leczniczego we Włocławku przy ul. Królewieckiej 2a jest filią Centrum Onkologii im. prof. Franciszka Łukaszczyka w Bydgoszczy, które stanowi komórkę organizacyjną Centrum wpisaną w Księdze Rejestrowej podmiotów leczniczych prowadzonej przez Wojewodę Kujawsko-Pomorskiego. Celem projektu jest zwiększenie dostępu do usług zdrowotnych, w szczególności wysokospecjalistycznych badań diagnostycznych, realizowanych na rzecz pacjentów bezpłatnie w ramach kontraktu z NFZ.Grupą docelową są mieszkańcy województwa kujawsko – pomorskiego.Zasięg oddziaływania projektu to województwo kujawsko- pomorskie.
