The ruins of the castle is a free-standing construction with a masonry structure originating from the 14th century. the projected investment is the execution of restoration works of the castle, the urban development of the small architecture and the green unit together with the technical infrastructure. The implementation of the investment relating to the preservation of existing forms of architecture considered to be of particular importance to the region is also justified by reference to future generations, which should be able to know the region and its history on an equal footing on which access to culture is currently provided. The conservation of resources and of cultural heritage, as well as enhancing their attractiveness and capacity by increasing access to them, also remains an aspect raised in documents of a strategic nature, both at local, regional and EU level. Nieruchomość zabudowana położona w Szubinie przy ulicy Zamek 3, na działkach ewidencyjnych nr 1150/6,1150/2 oraz 1150/7, obręb 0001. Ruiny zamku są obiektem wolnostojącym o konstrukcji murowanej pochodzącej z XIV w. Projektowane zamierzenie inwestycyjne polega na wykonaniu prac konserwatorskich ruin zamku, zagospodarowaniu terenu w elementy małej architektury oraz urządzenie zieleni wraz z infrastrukturą techniczną. Realizacja inwestycji odnoszącej się do zabezpieczenia istniejących form architektonicznych uznanych za szczególnie ważne dla regionu uzasadnione jest również względem odniesienia się do przyszłych pokoleń, którym należy zapewnić możliwość poznania regionu i jego historii na równych zasadach, na jakich dostęp do kultury zapewniony jest obecnie. Zachowanie zasobów i dziedzictwa kulturowego, jak i podwyższenie ich atrakcyjności i potencjału poprzez zwiększenie do nich dostępu pozostaje również aspektem podnoszonym w dokumentach o charakterze strategicznym, zarówno na poziomie lokalnym, regionalnym, jak i unijnym.
