The subject of the project is the Applicant’s investment in a technologically advanced, integrated production line using process innovation in the world (first implementation) to offer world-wide innovative, breakthrough, products (non-wovens mechanically chained) for furniture and building materials manufacturers. It is also possible to enter the automotive and clothing industry. Process innovation, an invention created in the course of research carried out by the Applicant and applied for patent protection, leads to a reduction of raw materials consumption, waste reduction and product life cycle by increasing the quality of nonwovens. Product innovations concern significantly improved and new materials for the furniture and construction industry. The project will create new jobs, resulting in an increase in employment of 3,25 posts (EPC). The project will also use information and communication technologies (ICT) in the form of advanced ultrasonic sensors and dedicated, custom-made Applicant software to correct the operation of machines and devices. The scope of the project includes: — Execution of adaptation work. — Employment of new employees. — Acquisition of machines, devices and software. — Installation and commissioning of the production line. The project’s material scope will be implemented in the period from 01.07.2019 to 30.11.2020. Construction works will be carried out by the selected Contractor. The installation and commissioning of the line and the training of employees will be carried out by machine suppliers. The other works will be done by the Applicant. The most important stages of the project are: 1 Preparation of the plant: 1.a Adaptation work. 1.b Employment of employees. 2 Preparation of the line: 2.A Acquisition of machines. 2.b Software Order. 2.c Assembly, integration and commissioning. In parallel, the search for new customers and the promotion of innovative production will take place. (English)

Innowacja procesowa, będąca wynalazkiem powstałym w toku prowadzonych prac badawczych Wnioskodawcy i zgłoszona do ochrony patentowej prowadzi do redukcji zużycia surowców, redukcji odpadów i wydłużenia cyklu życia produktu poprzez wzrost jakości włóknin. - Nabycie maszyn, urządzeń i oprogramowania. - Montaż i uruchomienie linii produkcyjnej. Najważniejsze etapy projektu to: 1 Przygotowanie zakładu: 1.a Prace adaptacyjne. 1.b Zatrudnienie pracowników. 2 Przygotowanie linii: 2.a Nabycie maszyn. 2.b Zamówienie oprogramowania. 2.c Montaż, integracja i uruchomienie.
