The project was preceded by the purchase of an advisory service consisting of the development of an undertaking’s development strategy/export strategy for at least 3 years, aiming at the internationalisation of the firm in the target markets: Germany, Austria, Belgium, France, Switzerland. The project will extend the expansion of foreign markets by introducing innovative products of the firm that are Olena Passive Passiv ®. The outsourcing of the implementation of the strategy, for at least 3-4 years, was caused by the fact that the company did not have their own specialists in this respect. The actions identified in the strategy will enable the main objectives of the project to be achieved by introducing into the target markets the innovative products of the firm which are bundled by Energio Passiv ®. Planned and implemented activities: participation in international fairs as an exhibitor: MT BATIBOUW, February 2018, Brussels/Belgium, Fensterbau frontale — Nuremberg, Germany 21-24.03.2018 are compatible with the implementation of the strategy as a whole. The implementation of the planned activities for 2018 will contribute to the internationalisation of a company, which is part of the objectives of the Development Strategy of Western Poland, of GIR, and the planned activities coincide with the geographical areas of economic promotion of the region of Lubuskie region.     Realizację projektu poprzedził zakup usługi doradczej polegającej na opracowaniu strategii rozwoju/strategii eksportowej przedsiębiorstwa, na co najmniej 3 lata, zmierzającej do internacjonalizacji firmy na rynkach docelowych, jakimi są: Niemcy, Austria, Belgia, Francja, Szwajcaria. Przedmiotem projektu będzie ekspansja rynków zagranicznych poprzez wprowadzenie innowacyjnych produktów firmy, jakimi są Okna Pasywne Energio Passiv®. Zlecenie wykonania strategii, na co najmniej 3-4 lata przez specjalistyczną firmę zewnętrzną było spowodowane tym, iż firma nie posiada własnych specjalistów w tym zakresie. Działania wskazane w strategii, umożliwią realizację głównych celów projektu poprzez wprowadzenie na rynki docelowe innowacyjnych produktów firmy, jakimi są Okna Pasywne Energio Passiv®. Zaplanowane i realizowane działania: udział w międzynarodowych targach w charakterze wystawcy: MT BATIBOUW, luty 2018, Bruksela/ Belgia, FENSTERBAU FRONTALE – NORYMBERGA, NIEMCY 21-24.03.2018r., są kompatybilne z realizacją całej strategii. Realizacja zaplanowanych działań na 2018r., przyczyni się do internacjonalizacji firmy wpisując się w cele Strategii Rozwoju Polski Zachodniej, ORI, a zaplanowane działania pokrywają się ze wskazanymi geograficznymi kierunkami promocji gospodarczej regionu lubuskiego.[...] (Polish)
