The dynamic development of the information society, in which information becomes a special intangible asset, is intensively used in the life of economists, social, cultural or political, and the development of services related to 3P (transfer, processing, storage of information) requires every efficiency in the use of ICT in 200 years. (in the meaning of the KC) in the Lower Silesian Voivodeship (WD) who on their own initiative wish to increase computer competence and confirm them with ECDL Profile certificate (A+B level according to DIGCOMP framework). 60 % of UP will have low qualifications, 60 % of UP will come from rural areas. The main objective of the project is to increase within the period 1.7.2016-31.7.2017 of the computer skills completed by the acquisition of the ECDL Profiles at the full level of competence A+B defined by the Digital Competence Framework of DIGCOMP 90 % of the number of participants in the 90th century. Przyczyną realizacji projektu jest niski poziom kompetencji cyfrowych niektórych mieszkańców województwa dolnośląskiego, stanowiący o wykluczeniu cyfrowym.Dynamiczny rozwój społeczeństwa informacyjnego, w którym informacja staje się towarem traktowanym jako szczególne dobro niematerialne, jest intensywnie wykorzystywana w życiu ekonom., społ., kulturalnym czy politycznym oraz rozwój usług związanych z 3P (przesyłanie, przetwarzanie, przechowywanie informacji) wymaga od każdego sprawności w posługiwaniu się TIK.Grupę docelową stanowi 375 osób (w tym 200K i 175M), w wieku 50 lat i więcej, zam. (w rozumieniu KC) w woj. dolnośląskim (WD) zgłaszających z własnej inicjatywy chęć podniesienia kompetencji komputerowych i potwierdzenia ich certyfikatem ECDL Profile (poziom A+B wg ramy DIGCOMP). 60% UP będzie legitymować się niskimi kwalifikacjami, 60% UP będzie pochodzić z obszarów wiejskich. Pierwszeństwo udziału będą mieć osoby:(a) niepełnosprawne (udział min. 5% UP),(b) zam. na obszarach wiejskich (opis jw.)(c) bez zatrudnienia(d) nie mogące samodzielnie sfinansować szkolenia.Celem głównym projektu jest wzrost w terminie 1.7.2016-31.7.2017 umiejętności komputerowych potwierdzony certyfikatem ECDL Profile na pełnym poziomie kompetencji cyfrowych A+B określonym przez Ramę Kompetencji Cyfrowych DIGCOMP 90% Uczestników/czek Projektu.Zrealizowanych będzie 25 szkoleń komputerowych po 150 godzin każde, zakończone certyfikacją ECDL Profile, prowadzące do nabycia przez 90% UP pełnego poziomu kompetencji cyfrowych zgodnie z Ramą DIGCOMP.Główne wskaźniki projektu to:Liczba osób w wieku 25 lat i więcej/ w wieku 50 lat i więcej/ osób o niskich kwalifikacjach:-które uzyskały kwalifikacje lub nabyły kompetencje po opuszczeniu programu – 338/338/203;-objętych wsparciem w programie – 375/375/225.
