The project is a response to the problem of low competences of key pupils of primary schools in Wałbrzych – Nos 22 and 37, defined on the basis of the test for C.VI. The above-mentioned schools obtained in this test in 2016 results lower than the arithmetic and weighted average for the voivodship.The aim of the project is to increase the competence of the key 240 pupils in the field of mathematics and natural sciences, foreign languages and ICT in the period 01.2018-12.2019This objective will be achieved by:support of pupils in the form of extracurricular activities; teaching, equalising, corrective and compensatory, as well as developing talents and interests.Improving the competence of teachers of these schools in their ability to shape appropriate attitudes in pupils and their ability to use ICT tools in the teaching process to equip schools with teaching aid, including ICT equipment. 2 of these primary schools, pupils of these schools and their pedagogical staff.The support planned in the application responds to the needs of the above schools identified in the previously conducted and approved by the authority conducting the diagnosis of educational needs of the school.Through the above actions, the project will contribute to providing pupils with access to high quality education and increasing the composition of key pupils – necessary in the labour market.     Projekt jest odpowiedzią na problem niskich kompetencji kluczowych uczniów wałbrzyskich szkół podstawowych –nr 22 i 37, określonych w oparciu o sprawdzian dla kl.VI. Ww. szkoły uzyskały w tym sprawdzianie w 2016 r wyniki niższe od średniej arytmetycznej i ważonej dla województwa.Celem projektu jest podniesienie kompetencji kluczowych 240 uczniów tych szkół w zakresie nauk matematyczno-przyrodniczych, j. obcych i TIK w okresie 01.2018-12.2019Cel ten będzie osiągnięty poprzez:wsparcie uczniów w formie zajęć pozalekcyjnych ; dydaktyczno–wyrównawczych, korekcyjno-kompensacyjnych oraz rozwijających uzdolnienia i zainteresowania.podniesienie kompetencji nauczycieli tych szkół w zakresie umiejętności kształtowania u uczniów właściwych postaw oraz ich umiejętności wykorzystania narzędzi TIK w procesie dydaktycznymdoposażenie szkół w pomoce dydaktyczne, w tym sprzęt TIK.Odbiorcami działań przewidzianych we wniosku będą; 2 ww. szkoły podstawowe, uczniowie tych szkół oraz ich kadra pedagogiczna.Zaplanowane we wniosku wsparcie odpowiada na potrzeby ww. szkół zidentyfikowane w przeprowadzonej wcześniej i zatwierdzonej przez organ prowadzący Diagnozie potrzeb edukacyjnych szkoły.Poprzez ww. działania realizacja projektu przyczyni się do zapewnienia uczniom omawianych szkół dostępu do wysokiej jakości edukacji oraz podwyższenia komptencji kluczowych tych uczniów - niezbędnych na rynku pracy.
