The subject of the project is the renovation and reconstruction of the building after the old cultural centre with its surroundings and the renovation of the sports field, together with the adaptation of the revitalised infrastructure to the needs of people with disabilities. The proposed investment is part of the Local Regeneration Programme of the Wińsko commune for the years 2015-2024. The project covers the following tasks: • Task 1. Renovation and reconstruction of the building of the old cultural house together with the surroundings for the needs of the Residents’ and GOSTiR Activity Club, including design documentation, construction and assembly works, activities improving energy efficiency in the building (thermomodernisation), investor supervision. • Task 2. Revitalisation of the pitch, including design documentation, construction and assembly works, investor supervision. •Promotion measures in the field of information and commemorative boards. The project will contribute to the achievement of the following RAP indicators: •Area of revitalised areas [ha] – 1.81, which represents 0.09 % of the achievement of the target value. •Number of supported infrastructure facilities located in revitalised areas [pcs] – 1, which represents 1.04 % of the achievement of the target value of the indicator. •The increase in employment in supported entities (other than companies) O/K/M [EPC] – 3 The investment will be implemented between 2016 and 2019 under 4 contracts (1 contract for works and 3 service contracts). In 2016, the contractor of design and cost documentation was selected in the form of an offer query. The Municipal Centre for Sport, Tourism and Recreation (GOSTiR) – the budget unit of Wińsko commune will be responsible for the proper exploitation and maintenance of the revitalised public space of Wińsk. Wińsko commune will be the entity responsible for the implementation of the Project and for achieving the declared output and result indicators. Przedmiotem projektu jest remont i przebudowa budynku po starym domu kultury wraz z otoczeniem oraz renowacja boiska sportowego, wraz z dostosowaniem rewitalizowanej infrastruktury do potrzeb osób niepełnosprawnych. Wnioskowana inwestycja jest elementem Lokalnego Programu Rewitalizacji Gminy Wińsko na lata 2015-2024. Projekt swym zakresem obejmuje następujące zadania: •Zadanie 1. Remont i przebudowa budynku starego domu kultury wraz z otoczeniem dla potrzeb Klubu Aktywności Mieszkańców i GOSTiR, w tym opracowanie dokumentacji projektowej, roboty budowlano-montażowe, działania poprawiające efektywność energetyczną w obiekcie (termomodernizacja), nadzór inwestorski. •Zadanie 2. Rewitalizacja boiska, w tym opracowanie dokumentacji projektowej, roboty budowlano-montażowe, nadzór inwestorski. •Działania promocyjne w zakresie tablic informacyjnych i pamiątkowych. Projekt przyczyni się do osiągniecia następujących wskaźników RPO WD: •Powierzchnia obszarów objętych rewitalizacją [ha] – 1,81 co stanowi 0,09% osiągnięcia docelowej wartości wskaźnika. •Liczba wspartych obiektów infrastruktury zlokalizowanych na rewitalizowanych obszarach [szt.] – 1, co stanowi 1,04% osiągnięcia docelowej wartości wskaźnika. •Wzrost zatrudnienia we wspieranych podmiotach (innych niż przedsiębiorstwa) O/K/M [EPC] – 3 Inwestycja zostanie zrealizowana w latach 2016-2019, w ramach 4 umów (1 umowa na roboty i 3 umowy na usługi). W 2016 r. w trybie zapytania ofertowego wybrany został wykonawca dokumentacji projektowo-kosztorysowej. Za właściwą eksploatację i utrzymanie zrewitalizowanej przestrzeni publicznej Wińsku będzie odpowiadać Gminny Ośrodek Sportu, Turystyki i Rekreacji (GOSTiR) - jednostka budżetowa Gminy Wińsko. Gmina Wińsko będzie podmiotem odpowiedzialnym za realizację Projektu oraz za osiągnięcie zadeklarowanych wskaźników produktu i rezultatu. W okresie 5 lat od daty płatności końcowej na rzecz Beneficjenta zachowana zostanie trwałość projektu. (Polish)
