The project will consist of renewing the degraded infrastructure of the city centre of Novogrodziec through a comprehensive reconstruction of the street. Market and St. Oh, it’s Kosciuszko. The scope of the project activities includes the new device Market and Street. Kosciuszko along with the spatial development of the backyard ul. Marketplace 8-11, ul. Marketplace 13-15 and ul. Kosciuszko within the defensive walls as part of the Local Programme of Revitalisation of Nowogrodziec commune for the years 2016-2023. The project envisages adapting the existing public space infrastructure to the needs and expectations of residents, its structure and optimisation, adapting to the needs of people with disabilities, improving aesthetics and, above all, restoring social, cultural and recreational functions. As part of the actions envisaged in the project, work on: • preparation of project documentation, • execution of works in the field of road works, installation and electrical works, • execution of construction works, installation of small architecture and installation, • assembly of urban monitoring, • supervising works (including archaeological) and project management. • Provide promotional and information activities. The investments covered by this project form part of the broader concept of physical and social revitalisation in Novgorodec. These include infrastructure measures, which will provide a specific backdrop for social action, thus contributing comprehensively to the reduction of crisis situations in the area of support. The option was chosen on the basis of a strategic analysis and an analysis of technological solutions (cost efficiency analysis). The project will be implemented by the Municipality of Novgorodec. The employees of the Municipality of Nowogrodziec have many years of experience in the implementation of projects co-financed by national and foreign external funds, which will ensure that all procedures are carried out smoothly in accordance with the rules. Projekt będzie polegał na odnowieniu zdegradowanej infrastruktury ścisłego centrum miasta Nowogrodziec poprzez kompleksową przebudowę ul. Rynek i ul. Kościuszki. Zakres działań projektowych obejmuje nowe urządzenie Rynku i ul. Kościuszki wraz z zagospodarowaniem przestrzennym zaplecza ul. Rynek 8-11, ul. Rynek 13-15 oraz ul. Kościuszki w obrębie murów obronnych w ramach zadań Lokalnego Programu Rewitalizacji Gminy Nowogrodziec na lata 2016-2023. W ramach projektu przewiduje się dostosowanie istniejącej infrastruktury przestrzeni publicznych do potrzeb i oczekiwań mieszkańców, jej uporządkowanie i zoptymalizowanie, dostosowanie do potrzeb osób niepełnosprawnych, poprawę estetyki a przede wszystkim przywrócenie funkcji społecznych, kulturalnych i rekreacyjnych. W ramach działań przewidzianych w projekcie przewidziano prace w zakresie: • przygotowania dokumentacji projektowej, • wykonania prac w zakresie robót drogowych, robót instalacyjnych i elektrycznych, • wykonanie robót budowlanych, montażu małej architektury i wykonanie nasadzeń, • montaż monitoringu miejskiego, • pełnienia nadzoru nad pracami (w tym archeologicznego) oraz zarządzania projektem. • zapewnienie działań promocyjnych i informacyjnych. Inwestycje objęte niniejszym projektem stanowią element szerszej koncepcji związanej z rewitalizacją fizyczną i społeczną w Nowogrodźcu. Obejmują bowiem działania infrastrukturalne, które stanowić będą swoiste tło dla działań społecznych – tym samym kompleksowo przyczynią się do ograniczenia sytuacji kryzysowych na obszarze wsparcia. Wyboru wariantu dokonano na podstawie analizy strategicznej oraz analizy rozwiązań technologicznych (analiza efektywności kosztowej). Projekt realizowany będzie przez Gminę Nowogrodziec. Pracownicy Gminy Nowogrodziec posiadają wieloletnie doświadczenie w realizacji projektów współfinansowanych ze środków zewnętrznych krajowych i zagranicznych, co zagwarantuje sprawne przeprowadzenie wszystkich procedur zgodnie z przepisami.
