Celem projektu jest pielęgnowanie i wspieranie różnorodności dziedzictwa kulturowego oraz zapewnienie dostępu do dóbr kultury wszystkim obywatelom poprzez lokowanie inwestycji na terenie całego Województwa, zarówno na obszarach miejskich jak i wiejskich. Projekt obejmuje 169 zadań o charakterze restauratorsko-konserwatorskim i budowlanym przy zabytkach wpisanych do rejestru zabytków. Podejmowane działania mają na celu zachowanie i troskę o dziedzictwo kulturowe regionu, przez co przyczynie się to do wzrostu atrakcyjności turystycznej i poprawy stanu obiektów zabytkowych położnych na obszarze Województwa Kujawsko-Pomorskiego.
