Tytuł projektu to „Poprawa bezpieczeństwa i komfortu życia mieszkańców oraz wsparcie niskoemisyjnego transportu drogowego poprzez wybudowanie dróg dla rowerów - przy drodze wojewódzkiej nr 551 Wybcz-Nawra, Nawra-Bogusławki oraz Zelgno”. Przedmiotem projektu jest budowa dróg rowerowych na terenie Gminy Chełmża. Beneficjentem projektu omawianego w niniejszym Wniosku jest Gmina Chełmża. Warto zaznaczyć, że ze względu na charakter inwestycji, do ostatecznych beneficjentów należy zaliczyć użytkowników ścieżek rowerowych, gdyż to oni najbardziej zyskają na realizacji inwestycji objętej niniejszym Wniosku. Główny problem jaki został zidentyfikowany to wysoka emisja toksycznych składników spalin.Główny cel realizacji projektu to zmniejszenie emisji toksycznych składników spalin.Harmonogram prac przedstawia się następująco:1. Roboty budowlane – Rozbudowa drogi wojewódzkiej nr 551 poprzez budowę drogi rowerowej na odcinku nawra - granica administracyjna w km od 24+635,00 do km 26+135,00: czerwiec-listopad 20182.
