The aim of the project is “Improving the professional qualifications of 120 inactive persons, over 29 years old from the area of kuj-pom, from 01.01.2018 to 30.06.2019 in order to gain employment”. The project is addressed to 120 people professionally inactive from the area of the voivodship, including women (2 persons), people after 50. (20 people) and low-skilled (30). The main problem of this group is the lack of qualifications to take up work. To meet the demand, the applicant will organise professional courses in deficit competitions in our voivodship, for a driver’s license. C with pre-accelerated qualifier-truck driver (5 groups of 20 people) and driving licence cat. D+Qual.- bus driver (1 group 20-person). For each UP after consultation, an IPD will be created taking into account its predispositions and needs. As part of the executioner course. C and D provide 20 hours of theoretical training and 30 h of practical training for cats respectively. C and 60 hours for the cat. D. During the vocational qualification training Participants will take 130 hours of theoretical classes and 10 h of traineeship (8 h in road traffic and 2 h of driving in special conditions). Participants will be equipped with training and literature materials, and will be provided with a warm meal and coffee break during theoretical classes. Course for the executioner’s driver’s license. C and D complete the state examination in WORD, while training within the framework of an accelerated initial qualification completes the state examination, which takes place before the Examination Board appointed by the Voivode. A professional qualification certificate shall be issued to a trained person who has obtained a positive test within 7 days of the test. It is assumed that as a result of the project 85 persons. (2 K and 83 M) will receive professional qualifications. In order to achieve the goal, each UP will take part in active job search workshops combined with professional guidance. Celem projektu jest "Podniesienie kwalifikacji zawodowych 120 osób biernych zawodowo, powyżej 29 r.ż. z obszaru woj. kuj-pom., w terminie od 01.01.2018r. do 30.06.2019r. w celu zdobycia przez nie zatrudnienia". Projekt skierowany jest do 120 os. biernych zawodowo z obszaru woj., w tym kobiet (2 os.), osób po 50 r. ż. (20 os.) i osób o niskich kwalifikacjach (30). Głównym problemem tej grupy jest brak kwalifikacji umożliwiających podjęcie pracy. Wychodząc naprzeciw zapotrzebowaniu wnioskodawca zorganizuje kursy zawodowe w zawodach deficytowych w naszym woj., na prawo jazdy kat. C z kwal. wstępnymi przyspieszonymi-kierowca samochodu ciężarowego (5 grup po 20 os.) i na prawo jazdy kat. D+kwal.- kierowca autobusu (1 grupa 20-os.). Dla każdego UP po konsultacjach, zostanie stworzony IPD uwzględniający jego predyspozycje i potrzeby. W ramach kursu na kat. C i D przewidziano 20 h szkoleń teoretycznych i odpowiednio 30 h kursu praktycznego dla kat. C i 60 h dla kat. D. W trakcie szkoleń na kwalifikacje zawodowe Uczestnicy odbędą 130 h zajęć teoretycznych oraz 10 h praktyki (8 h w ruchu drogowym i 2 h jazdy w warunkach specjalnych). Uczestnicy zostaną wyposażeni w materiały szkoleniowe i piśmiennicze, zostanie im także zapewniony ciepły posiłek i przerwa kawowa podczas zajęć teoretycznych. Kurs na prawo jazdy kat. C i D kończy egzamin państwowy w WORD, natomiast szkolenie w ramach kwalifikacji wstępnej przyśpieszonej kończy egzamin państwowy, który odbywa się przed Komisją Egzaminacyjną powołaną przez Wojewodę. Osobie szkolonej, która uzyska pozytywny wynik testu, w terminie 7 dni od przeprowadzenia testu, wydaje się świadectwo kwalifikacji zawodowej. Zakłada się, iż w wyniku realizacji projektu 85 os. (2 K i 83 M) uzyska kwalifikacje zawodowe. W celu osiągnięcia celu każdy UP weźmie udział w warsztatach aktywnego poszukiwania pracy połączonych z poradnictwem zawodowym. Uczestnicy otrzymają też stypendia szkoleniowe i zostaną im zwrócone koszty dojazdu. (Polish)
