The aim of the project is to increase the employability of unemployed people over the year 29 qualified for the aid profile I (so-called active unemployed) or the aid profile II (so-called requiring support) belonging in particular to: people over 50 years of age, women, people with disabilities, long-term unemployed, low-skilled people in Toruń County. The main result of the project will be employment according to the methodology of measuring the employment efficiency criterion by at least 33 % of people over 50 years, at least 39 % of women, at least 33 % of people with disabilities, at least 30 % of long-term unemployed, at least 38 % of low-skilled people (up to ISCED 3). As part of the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific offer of professional activation will precede the analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant. On this basis, PUPs for PT will implement appropriately selected labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. POWIAT TORUŃSKI/POWIATOWY URZĄD PRACY DLA POWIATU TORUŃSKIEGO W TORUNIU

Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób bezrobotnych powyżej 29 r. ż. zakwalifikowanych do profilu pomocy I (tzw. bezrobotni aktywni) lub profilu pomocy II (tzw. wymagający wsparcia) należących w szczególności do: osób powyżej 50 roku życia, kobiet, osób z niepełnosprawnościami, osób długotrwale bezrobotnych, osób o niskich kwalifikacjach w powiecie toruńskim. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia zgodnie z metodologią mierzenia kryterium efektywności zatrudnieniowej przez minimum 33% osób powyżej 50r.ż., minimum 39% kobiet, minimum 33% osób z niepełnosprawnościami, minimum 30% długotrwale bezrobotnych, minimum 38% osób o niskich kwalifikacjach (do poziomu ISCED 3). W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP dla PT realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. (Polish)
