The aim of the project is to increase the employability of unemployed people over the year 29 qualified for the aid profile I (so-called active unemployed) or the aid profile II (so-called requiring support) in particular: people over 50 years of age, women, people with disabilities, the long-term unemployed, the low-skilled in the Sępole County. The main result of the project will be the employment of project participants in accordance with the access criterion and methodology for measuring the employment efficiency criterion: — min. 33 % of people aged 50 and over, – min. 39 % of women, – min. 33 % of people with disabilities, – min. 30 % of the long-term unemployed, – min. 38 % of low-skilled people (up to ISCED 3), registered at the District Labour Office in Sępólna Krajeński. As part of the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific offer of professional activation will precede the analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant. On this basis, the PUP will implement appropriately selected labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób bezrobotnych powyżej 29 r. ż. zakwalifikowanych do profilu pomocy I (tzw. bezrobotni aktywni) lub profilu pomocy II (tzw. wymagający wsparcia) w szczególności: osób powyżej 50 roku życia, kobiet, osób z niepełnosprawnościami, osób długotrwale bezrobotnych, osób o niskich kwalifikacjach w powiecie sępoleńskim. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez uczestników projektu zgodnie z kryterium dostępu i metodologią mierzenia kryterium efektywności zatrudnieniowej: - min. 33% osób w wieku 50 lat i więcej, - min. 39% kobiet, - min. 33% osób z niepełnosprawnościami, - min. 30% osób długotrwale bezrobotnych, - min. 38% osób o niskich kwalifikacjach (do poziomu ISCED 3), zarejestrowanych w Powiatowym Urzędzie Pracy w Sępólnie Krajeńskim. W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. (Polish)
