The aim of the project is to increase the employability of unemployed people over the age of 29 who are eligible for aid profile I (so-called active unemployed) or aid profile II (so-called requiring support) belonging to at least one of the following groups: people over 50 years of age, women, people with disabilities, long-term unemployed, low-skilled people in the Brondick County. The main result of the project will be the taking up of employment or self-employment by persons in a particularly difficult situation registered in the District Labour Office in Brodnica, in particular: by 33 % of people aged 50 and over, 39 % of women, 33 % with disabilities, 30 % long-term unemployed, 38 % low-skilled. As part of the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific offer of professional activation will precede the analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant. On this basis, the PUP will implement appropriately selected labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób bezrobotnych powyżej 29 roku życia zakwalifikowanych do profilu pomocy I (tzw. bezrobotni aktywni) lub profilu pomocy II (tzw. wymagający wsparcia) należących co najmniej do jednej z poniższych grup: osób powyżej 50 roku życia, kobiet, osób z niepełnosprawnościami, osób długotrwale bezrobotnych, osób o niskich kwalifikacjach w powiecie brodnickim. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia lub samozatrudnienia przez osoby znajdujące się w szczególnie trudnej sytuacji zarejestrowane w Powiatowym Urzędzie Pracy w Brodnicy, w szczególności: przez 33 % osób w wieku 50 lat i więcej, 39 % kobiet, 33% osób z niepełnosprawnościami, 30 % osób długotrwale bezrobotnych, 38 % osób o niskich kwalifikacjach. W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. (Polish)
