The aim of the project is to increase the employability of the unemployed over 29. selected for the Aid Profile I (so-called “active unemployed”) or the “Aid Profile II” (so called “requiring support”) belonging to at least one of the following groups: persons aged over 50, women, persons with disabilities, the long-term unemployed, the low-skilled in the county. The main result of the project will be the entry into employment of people registered in the Poviat Labour Office at the disadvantaged labour market, in particular: people aged 50 years or over at least 33 %, women with a minimum of 39 %, people with disabilities — at least 33 %, the long-term unemployed — min. 30 %, the low-skilled (to ISCED level 3) — min. 38 %. Within the framework of the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific activation offer will be preceded by an analysis of the skills, suitability and professional problems of the participant concerned. On this basis, the PLO will implement the relevant labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. (English)

    Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób bezrobotnych powyżej 29 r. ż. zakwalifikowanych do profilu pomocy I (tzw. bezrobotni aktywni) lub profilu pomocy II (tzw. wymagający wsparcia) należących co najmniej do jednej z poniższych grup: osób powyżej 50 roku życia, kobiet, osób z niepełnosprawnościami, osób długotrwale bezrobotnych, osób o niskich kwalifikacjach w powiecie wąbrzeskim. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez osoby zarejestrowane w Powiatowym Urzędzie Pracy w Wabrzeźnie znajdujące się w niekorzystnej sytuacji na rynku pracy, w szczególności: osoby w wieku 50 lat i więcej - min. 33%, kobiety - min. 39%, osoby z niepełnosprawnościami - min. 33%, osoby długotrwale bezrobotne - min. 30%, osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach (do poziomu ISCED 3) - min. 38%. W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy (Polish)
